Safelite did an outstanding windshield replacement service on my Cadilac XT5. They arrived timely at my house, performed the service with calibration afterwards. Fast, friendly and reliable service!

No one wants to pay for a new windshield, but Safelite made this as good an experience as it could be. I was impressed that the tech called to ask about some electronics she found after removing the old windshield. It was an auto start/stop eliminator I installed, but it could have been something nefarious, and she was right to call and ask if I knew it was there. Communication was great, I was notified when work started and when it was completed.

Great customer service. I needed 2 appointments (one to remove windshield and a second to install after I completed some dashboard work. Both technicians were great, communicated great as to when they would be arriving, and on time. Super that they could replace windshield at my home.

**EDIT** I will add that the staff at the local safelite have been helpful, courteous and did eventually get the job done on the 5th attempt. Although it took a trip to the dealership to point out that at some point a spider got in my camera and spun a very visible web? I'm not sure how my car sat for 9 hours at safelite before this was reported? My main complaint is the atrocious customer support phone system they have set up here. The AI system they have setup is a nightmare. I've updated my rating to 2 stars to reflect the fact the staff at Safelite Williston were genuinely nice and helpful. Although in its totality, this was a dystopian experience. **EDIT**

If you want to talk to a human, you will need to drive to the actual business. The robot on the phone hung up on me 14 times. I had an issue with my replacement windshield with the HUD display on the after market glass we got. There was also a warp in the glass that made it feel like you were wearing glasses that were the wrong prescription. It made me car sick after driving 2 or more hours. After talking to the lady at the front desk who was amazing, she was able to get me a new apt to get OEM windshield apt and when that was installed, the HUD was easily put back were is was supposed to be and I can drive for 2+ hours without feeling ill.
