- NCNicholas Cwikla5 days ago1.0Rented a car from this location on 5/14/26. I gave the clerk my DL and he never gave it back to me. It wasn’t until I went to check in my hotel that I noticed I did not have it. I called the number 15+ times and it never went through. I had to drive back to the rental car center and physically ask for my DL (which they had for the entire day). At no point did they ever try to call me and inform me they still had my license. Why? They have my info from the rental agreement. Very poor service and I am very disappointed in this location. Lesson learned.
- KAKatherine Arndt6 days ago1.0Left my company cell phone in a vehicle and I have had a terrible experience trying to get it back. This location doesn’t answer the phone during normal business hours and couldn’t manage to FedEx my phone back, even after I emailed two different return shipping labels as they asked me to. They emailed me a confirmation for a package that wasn’t mine. My manager even tried calling them. If you call the recommended number, the call drops and there is no way to leave a voicemail. After this experience, I’d rather fly to Montreal, than go through this airport. This location’s team is incompetent and ruins the entire experience for me using BTV in the future. This location doesn’t embody the Enterprise/ National brand at all.

Steven helped go over some options with me to troubleshoot some schedule/timing issues after my friends' flights were delayed. Ended up not needing to make any adjustments, but was pleasantly surprised with their potential flexibility.
