    They broke my tire pressure sensor and wouldn’t own up to it. Tech put down that the light was on before we brought it in….it wasn’t. Now management won’t help. Go somewhere else.

    Strongly recommend. Went in for an oil change and tire check. The team was fast, helpful and very experienced. And affordable! I will be going there in the future for sure and its out of the way of my house.. but worth the extra miles and effort.

    Rudest customer facing person I have ever met. Go to Midas instead! Having been a Jiffy Lube customer in the past, I thought I would try the one in Burlington. As pulled up a worker waved me over to the next bay. No one was there and the guy had his head back in the car he was working on. So I slowly pulled the nose of my car toward the entrance. A woman came out of the office yelling NO at me. I tried to explain that the other guy told me to come to this bay, she yelled NO again. "Can't you see the stop sign?!?!?" I tried to explain myself and she once more interrupted me, shouting NO. I decided life was too short, and went to the Midas shop where they were extremely friendly and helpful. They were terrific, and followed up the next day to make sure my service experience was excellent. What a difference good customer service makes. Stay away from Jiffy Lube, especially when the rude lady is there!

    I wouldn’t go back here if it was my last option. They messed up my windshield wipers while “fixing” them….. When I voiced my concerns, I was spoken to in the most insanely disrespectful manner and told that “that’s how they are supposed to be” (very untrue) and that “they’re working”. Any explanation I would try to give was met with continued aggressiveness and gaslighting. I was told I was being “defensive” when trying to explain that the windshield wipers are not resting in the right place (the normal resting position- for the past 10 years- has been flush with car and I have not been able to see them when off, now they’re resting 6 inches into my view in a very distracting and honestly disruptive way). After aggressively trying to gaslight me about a car I have owned and driven for 10 years, I was turned away unless I could get photographic “proof” that they weren’t working properly and stopping in the middle of my windshield. 5 minutes prior, this had happened to me while driving, but since I didn’t take a photo of them stuck (because I was driving) the mechanic claimed there was nothing he could do without any “proof”. (and the part that is broken that he could actively see was actually “how it is supposed to be”) Any phone calls I have made to the shop to try and resolve the issue or talk to anyone have gone unanswered. At this point, I am very rattled by the employees and their aggressive attitude and would feel unsafe returning to this location (even though I have now gathered plenty of “proof”) Therefore, I have escalated the situation with JiffyLube corporate and my credit card company, as there is no way I will be paying $800 dollars for a messed up wiper system. STAY AWAY!!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I called ahead of time to see if they did AC checks because they had a machine for it. They said "yes, we can do AC checks, just come in anytime." I came in and waited in the lobby for 10-15minutes before an employee came to the front and asked the three other people that were there, "who's car is this?" I said mine and said I was here for an AC check. The employee said he couldn't do AC checks, and then I started to say I called ahead of time and confirmed, then he cut me off and sad let me go check in the back while he took my keys. They came back after I waited for about 45 minutes (which isn't bad) and said I would have to come on Tuesday to order the parts and get it fixed. I said okay and asked what the estimate was. The male employee said he didn't know and that his manager could tell me. I then waited to checkout, and when the female manager called me up I again asked what the estimate would be and she said this email and her taking my information would send me the estimate. I said okay. I never got the email with the estimate or the receipt, but at least she printed out the receipt so I could have evidence of them scamming me. They said they would charge me today, but use it as a credit for when I come back to get the actual AC fixing done. On Monday I called three hours a head of time and asked if I needed to wait until Tuesday and if I could receive the estimate because it still hadn't sent to my email. He said "I don't know why they said for you to come on Tuesday. I'll be here today so you can whenever before we close." I got there at 4:00PM, they close at 6:00PM. They had closed and locked their doors, turned off the open sign, when on every website, they close at 6:00PM and I had called ahead of time to confirm that I could come, because I had to drive and hour and fifteen minutes to get there. I wasted over 120 miles and 2 and a half hours of my time to be lied to when I had already done the necessary steps to ensure that I could be helped and wouldn't waste my gas that I had to pay for. I then called the store and it took her 6 rings to pick up because as soon as she saw my car pull up she walked to the back. I think her name is Hope. She said the only technician that could do the AC stuff was at lunch, would come back for 30 minutes so he wouldn't be able to do it today. Even though I specifically called ahead to see if they could so I would waster driving over 120 miles. I then called back 30 minutes later, and asked if she knew that the only person who could fix my car would be there tomorrow and she said 9AM he would be and then I asked until what time and she didn't know. Then I'm supposed to again drive an hour and 15 minutes, over 63 miles, for someone who may or may not be there AFTER I called to confirm. I want a refund for work the didn't do "besides saying oh yeah you're right your AC doesn't work." which I already knew and that's why I called and checked in. They never put any parts in my car, but charged me$52.00 for the manager to then say she can't refund me or give me the number to corporate. I get it is against policy, but you as a business lied to me, wasted my gas, my time, my milage, because you all can't be trusted to mean what you say over the phone or in person or get your schedule right.
