  As a first time car renter, I was very pleased with the experience. I had no idea what to expect, but everything was handled quickly and expertly. I was even driven back to my home the day I returned the vehicle, as I had no one to escort me there and back. This saved me trying to rent an Uber or take a taxi. So Kudos to them! Much appreciated. !

  The employees at this rental car office were helpful and kind and friendly from the greeting upon walking in the door to the personal lift to the airport and everything in between. They was quick and efficient. I was even able to get through easily on the phone and speak to a friendly employee in the local office. I have never had such an easy rental car experience. I would highly recommend Enterprise in Burlington!

  Short version, this enterprise is a mixed bag Long version : if I were renting based on this location alone, I might do it again. If it was based on Ashley’s service. I would never rent anything ever. Ashley was terribly disinterested. Was more concerned about whatever was going on on her cell phone. If Ashley is the only one there for your rental, go to another store. Now on the other hand, Lindsey is awesome. Lindsey is a model employee and exactly who you want to rent from. Lindsey helped me when Ashley was ignoring me and was over super friendly and helpful. Lindsey was awesome! Customer support from the company itself outside of Lindsey was very meh. Overall I say be weary and careful as this location, and any others. The people make the service
