    I have used enterprise for my rentals almost exclusively since 2016, mostly when traveling for work or on vacation. Last December my vehicle was totaled in an accident, and this July my new vehicle had a tree fall on it, once again requiring I use a rental in order to be able to get to work. This South Burlington location has been exceptional, with extending my rental car (again and again and again) when my truck was totaled and also when my new car was being worked on. The friendly service, with the pick up option also available has been so nice. I highly recommend this location, for great customer service, understanding/patience and excellent communication.

    Staff was fantastic. I even ended up unexpectedly needing the recall did longer and Staff was amazing. They were very helpful and understanding. They made it very easy on me so I could focus on our situation. I want to thank them all for their grace and understanding. I will 100% go back to this location
