- RBRoxy BombardierJun 23, 20264.0Had to rent a car for 5 days recently due to my car being in the shop. I have historically hated the car rental process. Standing there at the counter while a clerk types War & Peace into the computer (at least that's how it felt). But this time around Enterprise made it easy (new technology I guess). Possibly my insurance company "greased the wheels". Anyway, it was a quick process and I was away, probably 10 or 12 minutes and I was out the door. The return was even faster. Always take photos of the car on all sides when you rent. When I picked up the Chevy Trax it noticed a ding in the side and pointed it out. I also photographed it. Upon return the agent acted like it was new, but I had the photos and saying so satisfied her. I requested a Toyota Rav4 knowing it would fit my bicycle from previous experience. But they, of course didn't have it, they swore the Chevy would fit my bike, it didn't. The bike would not fit in the Chevy Trax without wheel removal which annoyed me but I got by. You pay a bit more for Enterprise but they appear quite efficient. So long as you're flexible about what vehicle you get, I can recommend them.
