    The guys tonight were so helpful. My key was out of batteries and they fixed it super fast. So friendly and helpful, definitely better than Budget/Avis.

    Parking garage to checking in or dropping car off is about half mile walk, getting any help or info from guy behind counter is hopeless, had complaints and issues with rental and was told he can’t help with it, told us to go back to original location we rented car at, worst experience with enterprise was this location, the original spot did take care of us but not this one.

    There is no option to reach a representative at the BTV location when attempting to call, your only options are to be routed through the general call center where no one can answer the question because it's specific to the BTV location. Absolutely absurd that you can't pick up the phone and speak to someone employed at the BTV location.
