  Their (out of the country phone people) told us multiple times it would be okay to rent a truck. When we got there they would not accept debt cards or cash. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. My company will not deal with enterprise again.

  My wife and I had booked a car through enterprise using her capital one app so we could use travel points. The trip came out to $292. However, when we went to the enterprise desk to pick up the keys, we were met with Steven, who was rude from the start. He said I was on the 'do not rent' list from an unpaid damage claim from 2023 and that he could not give us a car. Ok, so I called the damage claim department for enterprise and they confirmed that the claim had in fact been paid in full and that they are updating my account. They confirmed I had been taken off the 'do not rent' list. We went back to Steven and he pretty much said it would be too much to call his managers who were all 'in a meeting' and that he couldn't rent to us. He said it was policy that once they saw I were on the do not rent list that he could not rent to us at all even though I had been taken off the do not rent list. We asked him to call his managers, he of course disappeared into the back and came back and said he couldn't rent to us. I do not believe he called his managers or that he refreshed his page to check that I was taken off the do not rent list. When we asked Steven's coworker if he could look up if my name has been taken off the 'do not rent' list, Steven told his coworker no and told us he wouldn't rent to us today. We went to a different enterprise (South Burlington Williston location) down the street, and Lindsey was super nice and actually talked to us like a person, unlike Steven. Lindsey confirmed I had been taken off the do not rent list, however that enterprise location had no cars available. We were left with no car and ended up renting from a different agency $400 and lost a day with the car. We got a refund from Capital one, not enterprise. Truly pathetic attempt from Steven and was just super rude.

  Easy pick up and drop off - make sure to reserve a few days before your flight. I had no issues - staff was kind and quick to work with

  Renting with Enterprise at Burlington, VT, is as good as it gets. No line at the rental counter. No spirals through a multi-level parking garage or a wait at a departure booth; just two turns and you're out. Leaving the airport and getting out of town was simple, fast and stress-free. The car was flawless and had impressive fuel efficiency. Plenty of places to refuel near the airport and rental return was fast, friendly and easy. I had my receipt via email before I got to airport security. Oh that they were all this easy.

  Would never use them again. The only reason I did was because budget was all sold Out. Enterprise is double the price of budget and they don't honor prices that you booked. Attached photos for reference . Budget and Avis are 10000000x better.
