Recently I had a flat tire and they not only fit me in that same afternoon, but the shuttle picked me up from my tow location, drove to my house to get my winter tires, dropped me at work, and then brought the tires back for installation! It’s rare to get that kind of service anymore. Unexpected gratitude on a stressful day - thank you!!

Tammy went above and beyond throughout a very frustrating situation, keeping me informed and helping however she could. My leased XC60 was out of service for 2½ months after mice damaged the wiring harness while we waited for a replacement part from Volvo. I was understandably frustrated with Volvo corporate, especially while continuing to make my monthly payments on a car I couldn’t drive. But Tammy was consistently responsive, professional, and helpful—even when Volvo provided little information or timeline. My frustration is with Volvo corporate and the parts delay, not Almartin Volvo. Tammy is a tremendous asset to Almartin and a great representative of the brand. I would absolutely recommend Almartin and Tammy.
