This was the easiest process that we have ever had while buying a camper. Crystal was our salesperson and she was phenomenal. Tom was the money guy and we were in and out in 2 hours. This place is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I totally recommend purchasing from this camping world!

My experience with this Camping World started on Friday 9/25/26 when I called ahead and received permission to stay in their lot. We had been on the road escaping the storm on the east coast. When we purchased our RV in Hamburg NY, we were told we can stay in ANY Camping world. It was great they were able to accommodate us. SO WE THOUGHT! The next morning I was approached by a ‘person’ I later learned named Crystal. She seems very perturbed about our vehicle being on the lot and she explained we never should have received permission for staying there. She then rattled off several reasons why staying in their lot was absurd and off limits to campers. Crystal also added that a better solution would have been to stay at the Walmart parking lot. Crystal questioning us and telling us all the reasons why we needed to leave made us feel unwelcome and intrusive. She told us to get out before they opened in 30 minutes because she ‘can’t have us camping here’ with her new customers to coming in when they open. We are Camping World members with Good Sam memberships. We been camping now for a year, staying in public parks and private areas. These establishments welcome RV campers. NEVER would I’ve guessed we’ve be tossed out of a Camping World lot. Especially after calling ahead and receiving permission. This situation stained the brand in my book. Buyers Beware, good luck.

We had a great experience purchasing our travel trailer from Camping World in St. Albans. Crystal was wonderful to work with—she was friendly, helpful and quick to answer the multiple email I had! The entire process was easy and stress-free. The team there worked together to make sure everything went smoothly when we picked it up, and continue to work with us a few days later when we had questions. We really appreciate their time and excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend Crystal and the team at Camping World to anyone looking to purchase an RV!

Crystal at the St. Albans location was truly remarkable. She assisted us with the website the day before and returned our calls while setting things up for our visit the next day. the moment we walked in, she was personable, caring, funny, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She knew exactly what to say to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, without ever making us feel pressured to purchase anything we didn’t want or need. Whenever we had a question, Crystal either knew the answer or took the time to find it for us. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked together as a team to ensure that our purchase felt right for us. We truly appreciated the exceptional customer service we received and would highly recommend Crystal and the St. Albans team to anyone looking for a positive, comfortable, and personalized experience.
