  I was happy with the service BUT I chose to purchase and I stall 4 new tires here because they had a special of free installation. I called to confirm this was the case and see what it would cost. When I went to my appointment I had been “bumped” to another day which was 3 days later. Moving the appointment was not the issue, when I went for my appointment I was told the free installation ended the day before! I stayed and had my tire done but I think if you have your appointment “bumped” by them they should have fully honored the deal.

  I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30, but that means it only puts you in a line, you have to wait till a bay open ups. So just imagine, you come to an appointment and they tell you your car will be worked once the 20 people ahead of you get their work done. Please plan ahead, an appointment is really not an appointment, it’s a right to wait in line.

  I called and made an appointment and they gave me an appointment for two vehicles at the same time on the same day. When I arrived, I was told I had no appointment on the day and that I had a scheduled appointment for the following day for one car. I showed the text where it said I had an appointment and what day and what time and was told they didn’t care that it was wrong that I should’ve called him personally to the main line of the business. When I seemed frustrated. He got a A little nasty so I decided not to have him touch my car for anything. Why would you have a service that schedules your appointments and then not have it the book when your customers arrive? Horrible customer service.

  I came on Thursday to replace all my tires. They weren't busy ( literally they had no business) . The front desk employees were on their phones. They turned me down and said you need an appointment well fine I told them can you please schedule me. The lazy front desk took my name and told me to come back on Saturday at 11. I showed up for my appointment and I was told that I ddn't have an appointment. I went to another shop and the treatment was different. Train your employees better.

  Terrible Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment to get a seasonal change and dropped the car off. Came back 2 hours later and work had not started. I asked why make an appointment then. The manager took my work order and ripped it up and said "we don't need your business.". I was polite and calmed him down and told him it was just a question, not to take offense. I was asking for ETA more than anything so I can plan my day. I told him I was referred by one of my neighbors. I came back an hour later two other cars were processed before me. I picked up the keys and tires and left. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Go to VIP across the street, they run a much more professional shop.
