  Pros - polite on the phone scheduling was easy price was competitive Cons - trim panels left bent and out of alignment rain sensor doesn't appear to work reliably anymore side folding mirror knocked off motor track windshield not cleaned heads up display is harder to read now If you have an older or low option car they're probably fine. The attention to detail was lacking for my job. They also called me to say they were closing early because they had no more jobs for the day so, they weren't too busy. I think it's ironic that the windshield is probably the most important car part be clean and a new install would be left with streaks and residue.

  The Safelite representatives and the technician that I worked with were all very friendly and helpful. My windshield was done right and in about an hour and a half.

  Great about calling ahead of time !!! Installed my.grandson’s windshield in his truck. He was happy? Thank you safelite.

  Well, guys, I had this same windshield replaced last October by another technician from your shop that did a great job. I was totally please with his and the shops service. Unfortunately the new windshield was short lived due to a rock. This time around the installation went a bit differently. The second time around a different technician busted my antenna assembly while installing my windshield. He informed me of this and said that his supervisor would contact me regarding remediating the issue. I never received that call. The technician also took the antenna parts with him. The window had sticker glue marks on windshield on both the passenger and drivers side along with smudging and fogging, was not washed after installation and I had two wash it myself. The windshield has a leak center at the rear view mirror and wind noise on passenger side when driving over 35 mph. I understand that things can go bad at times, and I only ask that these items get remediated accordingly.

  The Safelite process was incredibly smooth and easy via GEICO, and the staff and technicians were professional, courteous, and kept us well informed.
