  Am very pleased with the professional way in which the Rutland VT office handled my windshield issue. Completed in a timely way. Excellent communication among staff and with customer.

  I scheduled a windshield replacement for the time window 8-12. Waited around all day and no one came to replace the windshield nor did anyone reach out and cancel or state they were going to be late. I called at 2pm to figure out what was going on and got an automated line, once I reached a representative she told me she would call the shop to figure out what was going on. She tried twice and was not able to get in contact with anyone from the Rutland shop. She rescheduled the appointment for the next open window that night (12-5) and again, no one came or called. I called the representative again, and cancelled the appointment. Very disappointing and frustrating when you wait all day and no one shows or even calls to let the customer know what is going on. I’m glad we did not pay ahead, as I’m sure it would be difficult to get a refund through the many automated systems they have listed on their website. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
