  Best tire experience! I did an online order on a Friday and tires were shipped arriving on Monday. Where work began as soon as my appointment time started. The prompt, professional, and friendly atmosphere from Marty and the rest of the Adirondack Team had everything completed in under 2 hours and even helped load my winter tires at the stores closing time. I highly recommend coming here for all your tire needs!

  I've been going to Adirondack Tire in Rutland for about 10 years and they've always been great, but they may have just lost a customer. I had an appointment for "while you wait" for a snow tire changeover. Granted it's peak time to get your snow tires off, but it took 4 hours and this was not really what bothered me. My car is s 2025 and it's about 6 months old. When I checked in they asked if I wanted my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) checked. I said I doubted I need that because my 2025 car was about 6 months old. In the past tire changeovers cost around $100, yesterday it cost me $262. They replaced my TPMS for $40 (we also have a 14 year old car that has never needed the TPMS replaced) and said I needed an alignment ($199). Granted the alignment may have been needed given all the potholes. This shop was recently acquired by by a larger company and it appears that they may be trying to "upsell". Just a word of caution...

  I had such a great experience at this tire shop that I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, Lance at the front desk made everything easy. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and just had that kind of energy that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. Nik was the one who actually fixed my tire, and he was just as great. He worked quickly but didn’t rush the job, everything was done thoroughly, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Overall, the whole experience was fast, smooth, and honestly way less stressful than I expected. Everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s hard to find places like this, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything again. Highly recommend!
