- JHJoshua HeapheyMay 5, 20261.0DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! The manager Jason is completely non-communicative and will out right lie to you about estimates and time of completion. He had my car for a week (lost a week of work) and ended up saying ‘I can’t find the parts’ after saying he had ordered the parts and led me to believe that he had started working on the car when he had not. It seems as if the manager is taking work (he is the only one qualified according to him) on the side for larger repairs that Tire Warehouse does not do. In all aspects, this was a very disappointing experience and cannot recommended strongly enough to NOT take a vehicle to this business.

My only issue is that my car seat, door and steering wheel were quite dirty after they did the tire changeover. It’s understandable as it’s a dirty job, but next time I’ll try to remember to cover my seat with an old sheet!

- SDSabrina DurkeeApr 27, 20264.0Used them numerous times as they are conveniently located for me. Have bought tires and had summer/winter change overs. Good service My main complaint is that they overtighten my lug nuts every time. To the point that they can’t be removed with an air wrench.
