  I have been getting my yearly car registration at Essex Tire Warehouse for a number of years, along with tire replacement and some repairs. They are the very best. Always fair! Always a great job. I highly recommend them!!

  My son was traveling to Essex Vermont from NC to visit family. On his way here in rain storms he noticed the family vehicle would hydro plain. We recommend he go to tire warehouse since it was a local business and he could make an appointment online. He did this. The manager Garret called him the next morning and lectured him about making an appointment that wasn't available. My guess, is this location is not utilizing the website in the way it was designed. The response should have been to accept the appointment and make it work or politely explain something went wrong but, we can get you in at this time. Instead he was told he did something wrong. Knowing he didn't do anything wrong he decided the location was not for him and he would buy four new tires at some other location. He has two brothers and a sister who live in the area and I live a stones throw from the location. Due to his experience none of us will ever use this location. Two of us work for the local governments and are active in several community volunteer opportunities. None of us will ever recommend this location for service to anyone we meet or associate with. On the flip side, had he been treated respectfully, I would have gone out of my way to use and recommend this company. I would bet, my sons online appointment was the only one they received and although a little difficult he could have been taken care of. Instead he was made to feel foolish. In your business, customer service is your survival. Every employee from the janitor to the manager should understand that. Good luck to you. You could have potentially had dozens of new customers, instead you will never get the chance. If you are going to have an online presence, make sure you support it.

  I ran over a piece of metal debris resulting in a punctured tire. Tire Warehouse took me in immediately even though they had no open appointments and fixed the tire in less than 20 minutes. I could not have been happier with both the service and the price.

  Wonderful experience! I was able to get a new set of tires put on in less than an hour. The two who were working were beyond polite and helpful when explaining what tires would be best for my car.
