Pulled in on a tow truck Friday night at 6:40 ish knowing they closed at 7 but praying for a miracle. I had blown a tire in Winooski and was 2.5 hours from home...had no spare (not that that would have helped me either). I have a Kia Sorento AWD so that means 4 tires...that often times are jot in stock..yikes. Garrett (manager) was shutting lights off and closing up as the tow (shout out to Ryan of Handy's towing for being so awesome as well) pulled in. Even though his techs had all gone home and he was alone, and his wife was patiently waiting so they could get dinner...he took pity on an exhausted woman. He stayed, mounted and put on 4 tires and had me back on the road by just after 8 with only a cup of coffee as a thank you. He could have locked up and left. He could have just said sorry but you are stuck...but for some reason, he went above and beyond and did a huge kindness. So thanks, Garrett Hartwell....I got home safely around 10:30 p.m. and made it to sing the National Anthem at a charity golf tournament for veterans this morning because of you.

Consistent, resourceful and reliable work at a reasonable cost. Have brought my wife and my cars here for +5 years for inspections, oil changes, tires and brakes. I trust them to help us decide what needs fixing right away vs. what can wait or be staged over time.

I have to echo Harlan's sentiments here; this place is driving customers away and disparaging the parent organization. I gave this place a 2nd chance after a mix up with tires ordered through the website back in February. I've been to multiple Tire Warehouse locations in VT and NH and none were nearly as dysfunctional as this one. Thankfully there is a nearby location offering convenience and respect in measures this location is sorely lacking. Something should be done about this before it devolves any further.

I am visiting the area and wanted to get my tires rotated and the alignment checked. I was very happy with the service and expertise, particularly, Garrett who identified my 2 rear tires were very worn onthe inside and would not pass inspection, therefore the tires could not be rotated. He checked the alignment and found tge front just fine and the rear slighty off, but not by much. I have been towing a camper and it seems the rear tires were carring too much weight. I was planning a trip to NH and CT soon, and he recommended not driving on the rear tires, Garrett was able to get 2 of the same size tires the next day, so I returned and he put the new ones on the front. I felt so much better about my upcoming trip... Shane handled he desk and was knowledgeable as well and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this business for any tire, alignment or other services they are.. they are the real deal.
