- AWAlba WalterJul 29, 20261.0Rented a truck and car hauler from these people, they never showed up at the pickup location in Plattsburgh. They said our only recourse was to go and pick it up in Essex. On our way to Florida the car hauler had a flat tire, the company said it would take 2 hrs for them to get to us. So here we are stuck on the interstate on the side of the road waiting. I will never rent from them again or ever recommend there company to anyone

Quote for a 26ft truck with ramp $700 Quote for 26ft truck with a lift gate $2600 Really.....$1900 more. Truck works the same either way. Have to have a lift gate because husband is a disabled vet. Retired after 33 years. Way to treat our vets. Then they offer me a discounted rate to hire helpers to load and unload . Total for 4 hours $800 .... Nice discount. Thanks for nothing. Will never use you again. SO SAD! SHAMEFUL!
