  John from Handy’s was fantastic! He was professional and arrived at my car within 30 minutes. He really took his time to assess the situation and helped me navigate what the problem was instead of making me feel rushed. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the great service and would highly recommend!!

  Absolutely awful. Called at 5 PM on a Sunday and was told they could tow our car that had broken down, they said a driver would call us with an ETA. This was just after 5 PM. At 5:37, we got a call from the driver asking if we needed a jump - we did not - we needed a tow, on a flatbed, like we requested. He told us he had a truck he had to drop off and then he’d be back in 20 minutes, so we headed back to the car to meet him. About 45 minutes later, we call to see where he’s at - he’s 25 minutes away at an entirely different location where there’s no service for him to use GPS, so we call dispatch back - they get our location after much back and forth - we are on the side of the road, there’s no address - and he tells us he’s on his way - he’ll be right there. An hour later, we call again - he got called to a police call and they didn’t think to tell us. They tell us 30-45 minutes and he’ll be there. We wait another hour and call dispatch and they again ask us where we are - this would be the fourth time we are providing our location - and now nearly 4 hours since the original call - we finally gave up on this place. Before you say it’s our fault for not giving clear instructions, we did. We provided the address for Sand Bar State Park - we were .25 miles down the road, on US-2, halfway between Colchester/Milton and South Hero Island - this is not a difficult location.The driver went to Causeway Park. The second dispatcher confirmed our exact GPS coordinates and the next one asked us where we were again exactly.

  Had battery issues & via geico roadside app Handys was dispatched. Showed up 40xminutes earlier than expected. Got car running with a jump start. The fact he showed up so quickly for car running and suggested how we proceed to avoid higher costs/rates was greatly appreciated. Not from Burlington however Handys is a reputable , honest and professional operation Please feel safe and confident using them, will not steer you wrong (pun intended)
