  Jonathon Willard saved the day today. He showed up on time (or five minutes early) and quickly got my car started. We had called Geico and they contacted Handy's and Mr Willard quickly arrived. He cleaned off the terminals to my battery and showed me how to clean them in the future if needed. He jumped the car and sent me on my way. Thanks you!

  I got to give the tow truck driver that works for Handy‘s towing 1000 stars this man treated my car better than some people treat their own. Because the battery was so depleted, my car was stuck in Park and could not move to neutral, which meant that it would literally have to be dragged. He tried every remedy to make this not happen, Not everybody does that not 99% of people do that that’s a good man and Handy. You have a good employee there don’t lose them. I’d give them a raise. Thanks for taking good care of my baby and when it was dragged, it was very slow and very gentle. Thanks again, John!

  Only giving review because John Willard came to the rescue and saved the day. Handys sent the wrong tow truck with some guy who couldn't speak English. Wouldn't trust him him to tow even if he had the right truck due to lack of experience handys was supposed to pick up Friday but sent the wrong size truck and didn't comeback tell 3 days later. I ended up missing my appointment. John was able to smooth things over and got me in with the dealership. John made sure my truck got there scratch free and checked in through out the process. Thanks John only reason im not leaving a 1 star is because of you.

  Thieves. Stay away from this place. My truck got towed here and these people slapped me with a **$420 bill for a 20-mile tow**. Four hundred twenty dollars for 20 miles — that's not a service, that's a mugging. And it gets worse. My truck sat on their lot for **ONE night**, and they charged me for **TWO days of storage at $85/day**. They flat-out charged me for a day that never happened. That is theft, plain and simple. They prey on people who have no choice and no way to fight back in the moment. The most dishonest operation I've ever dealt with. Do NOT bring your vehicle here, and do NOT let them tow yours.
