  I can't recommend this tire shop enough! We were visiting from out of state, and Peter, Brian, and Michael went above and beyond to help us. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they truly know what they're doing and genuinely care about their customers. We ended up getting two new tires, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I only wish we lived closer because this would be my go-to shop for anything my car needed. Thank you again, Peter, Bryan, and Michael, for your outstanding service and kindness. Until next time we're in Vermont!

  I'm only giving this one star because that is the minimum. I was traveling and cut the sidewall of a tire. I called this shop because of the reviews. I was lied to about the price of a tire by the assistant manager Peter. Once it was installed it was 25% more than quoted. I was not given a receipt in any form because their printer 'was done' and nothing was emailed even though we asked for it. Absolutely terrible experience.

  When I came in to ask for a quote the guy in the front just seemed annoyed I ever bothered to come in same when I came for my appointment they changed my tires but when I started driving I could hear one of them shaking back and forth so I went to the shop my boyfriends father owns to have them tighten them all my tires were extremely loose like could’ve fallen off if I didn’t get them re tightened I don’t know his name but the guy with tattoos who changes them was extremely nice I can’t lie about that but overall wasn’t that great of an experience $150 for my tires to be extremely lose and a hazard to me driving home not cool

  Great experience overall. I scheduled an appointment with Town Fair Tire ( a competitor) for a tire patch. Explained over the phone my situation, showed up and was refused service, after explaining the situation over the phone before hand, clearly. I checked with Tire Warehouse immediately after and they told me no problem at all and got me in the following day. They even comped the bill. For this alone we will take our business here. Sayonara to the competitor. We did a fair amount of business with them too.

  I arrive for my 9 o'clock appointment to have my old summer tires put back on. There is no one at the service desk, I wait, 9:20 I am greeted and told to continue waiting till they finish their current vehicle. cool cool. 9:40 comes and they take my keys, proceed to walk to the vehicle and inspect my tires. I think this is great and ill be on my way soon! they tell me the tires that SAY 2023 on them are 12 years old.... impossible. They tell me theyre completely dry rotted and a danger to be put on. Now these are new tires that were in great condition last season. I take them for a second opinion and am told that theres no dry rot. Take that as you will, ive taken all my vehicles here for tires in the past, had positive expireces, and sadly will not continue. Now im confused, sad, and stuck in my winter tires. 1 star.
