This location started out with very friendly staff and a well maintained location, but it is noticeable that those areas are dropping fast. I was concerned that Tommy's was going to take their business away since they are opening next door, but I guess management isn't thinking about that and is just allowing the natural order to take place. Sad!

Today the last 2 vacumns were not working, and in the one location there is always an employee(?) Parked. With a truck there is only one side that is usable to get the hose to reach. Hate to say it but it seems like since they started building the new Tommy's wash next door they are not repairing broken items...I had planned to stay at whistle, but if parts do not work I will move my monthly subscription
