  I came in for a regular oil change and my technician Jackson was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable as he helped get my car squared away. I would highly recommend him for any job wherever he goes. The general manager Temish was also very well-spoken and intentional on ensuring everything was taken care of for me.

  I have gone to this location numerous times; I believe every single time I have gotten an oil change. And despite all of my visits being great, today in particular, I felt inclined to leave a review because of the service I received from Ryan. He was excellent; very friendly, informative, thorough, and kind. I want him to know that he is recognized and he is appreciated!

  Consistent Excellent Service I’ve used this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location several times, including my most recent visit on August 21, and I continue to be impressed with the level of service they provide. Every visit has been consistently excellent. The team is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they do a great job of getting you in and out quickly without making the service feel rushed. On my most recent visit, I needed an oil change and tire rotation for my company vehicle, and once again the entire process was quick, efficient, and handled professionally. What stands out most to me is the consistency. I’ve been here three or four times now, and I’ve received the same high level of service every time. The employees seem to know what they’re doing, communicate well, and genuinely make an effort to take care of their customers and respect their time. Whether you need an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades, or any of the other services they offer, I would absolutely recommend this location. It’s refreshing to find a business that consistently provides professional, friendly, and efficient service. Five stars and well deserved. I will definitely continue bringing my company vehicle here.

  On four separate occasions and two different vehicles have had service completed here. Every visit no matter who the technician was they were informative, professional and kind. Ashley is the bomb replacing a horribly clogged cabin filter on a 2016 fusion. Temish went above and beyond in helping with my oil service, and Catherine was super attentive and helpful. Tell all your friends about this amazing location in Yorktown with the drive I live in Hampton. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend

  The young man was polite they changed the oil quick checked my lights front snd back i told him my dash said my window washer fluid was low he acknowledged it when i paid my 103$ I asked did he fill the washer fluid he said yes. When i drove out of the bay the dash said again my washer fluid was low. I pulled around the building and parked flipped my hood and looked in and I couldn’t see any. A different young man came over asked if anything was wrong i told him my fluid was still low according to my car he looked then said it might still be low took the entire container he brought out which means the first young man lied when he said “I already filled it.” Not an honest place to take your vehicle.
