  This place is amazing! I wish could rate them higher because I would. They are really great at communicating with you and updating you on everything. I also feel that they were very honest with what needed to be done with the car. I will be returning in the future. Moved here from out state and so happy to have a place I can rely on for my vehicle.

  I really appreciate Auto Pro for there work. I being an auto tech who choose a different profession know about how the automotive industry works. These guys are genuine and caring. I had issues with getting my ac fixed while out of town and they made that easy. I dropped my vehicle off at another repair shop before I went on vacation and that shop was not able to fix my vehicle. After looking online for a repair shop I ran across Auto Pro. When I called them and explained my situation they were accommodating and understood that my vehicle was my work vehicle and needed it done right away. They were honest about when they could get it done. They told me that it they were not sure that it could be done in that time frame and they did give me a date for completion. Well they got the vehicle done earlier than what they told me and that was a plus!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am looking forward to dealing with them from here on out. Thank you Auto Pro!!

  My mom and I brought our cars in for state inspection. Could not love this place more! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Waiting area had coffee, water ,magazines and TV. Probably the best “taking my car to the shop” experience I’ve had yet. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

  Long story short, I ran over a bookbag on jefferson ave and it snapped my brake lines, and I lost all brake pressure in my camaro LT. I called 2 mechanics and a dealership. Dealership told me I have to wait at least 10 days for it to even be looked at. One mechanic I couldn’t reach because their automated robot was incompetent. This mechanic, however, is very different. As soon as I rang the phone, and heard a real human voice on the other side, I knew I was in good hands. I told Mr. Ryan Smith I had snapped my brake lines and have a drive to New Jersey in 96 hours. He told me no problem. What seemed like a catastrophe was as simple as an oil change at this place. Entire brake system was totally whacked, and they set me up to be good to go in barely 2 business days. Very easily top competition mechanic, if not, then THE MOST reliable and efficient mechanic you will find in newport news with surprisingly sparse reviews. Will forever return to this spot with any other troubles I have in the future, and I recommend any others having any sort of anxiety of picking a good mechanic, especially with a nicer car like my camaro.

  My wife and I were enjoying our last day of vacation at Yorktown National Battlefield before traveling 700 miles back home the next day. Suddenly a metallic rattle in our front brakes developed so we left the park and found a nearby Honda dealer to help with our Honda Pilot. They were less than helpful to say the least, and wouldn't have even looked at it until the next day. We found Auto Pros online and called them where I explained my situation. They responded with, " How quickly can you get here" Within 20 minutes of our arrival a technician was taking it for a test drive. A quick, minor repair later and we were back on our way to Yorktown. The tech was so nice and informative as was the young lady at the front desk. I wish I had a service facility like this back in Ohio because they would definitely get all my business. Thank you so much for your help. You saved the day!
