- AHAngie Htoday5.0Scheduled appointment online with ease. Max wait time for oil change and state inspection was a hour. Explained in detail of what was needed, took time out to answer all questions. Great service and prices. Found my new mechanics 💕. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
- BHBen Hernandez5 days ago5.0Great experience with a walk-in for an oil change and state inspection—everything went smoothly. What elevated it to a five-star visit was the service technician (Lance) noticing a slight friction issue on my front right wheel and brake. I thought a heating issue had been completely resolved after an expensive brake replacement elsewhere months ago. Because the truck isn't my daily driver, I hadn't caught it, but now I can get it addressed. Auto Pros is definitely my new go-to spot for service. Thanks!Ryan and Lance!
- GCGregory ChristianOct 7, 20265.0Outstanding Customer Service & Professionalism! I cannot recommend Auto Pros in Yorktown, VA, highly enough! I recently had to navigate a disgusting and incredibly frustrating warranty process with a third-party provider. Ryan and his team went completely above and beyond to help me walk through every single step of the ordeal. Their professionalism and customer service are easily the best I have run into in a very long time. They took a highly stressful situation and handled it with absolute expertise and care. They have earned a customer for life. I will continue to use them for all of my future vehicle needs, and I highly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking for honest, high-quality, and professional automotive care!
- LSLisa M SOct 5, 20265.0I have been there for service numerous times and I am always very impressed with the entire team that works there. They don’t have a big waiting area but it’s nice and well kept. It is easy to book your appointment online and they send out a reminder. I would highly recommend you getting your vehicle repaired or serviced here. They also do state inspections.
- AWAnya WolfOct 2, 20265.0They have chargers water and very comfortable seating in their waiting room. The price was way lower than I thought it was going to be based off of the places that I have been quoted for an inspection and alignment. It was all less than 200. It’s hard to find trusting places down here and I’m very glad I found this place! Definitely coming here for my car maintenance in the future
