  We did a road trip from Alaska to newport news VA and right as we got there our breaks started grinding they were able to fix our breaks new rotors and calipers and pads in less than 2 hours (on a holiday weekend) they had us back on the road super friendly service and transparent would recommend these guys and we found our new local mechanic, excellent job, fast and friendly if you need work done I highly recommend this shop and not overpriced either

  I always recommend Auto Pros to anyone. They know how to fix cars! I stopped by today to get my mother’s car inspected & was able to get it in & completed same day. I’ve brought my Infiniti here a few times as well which I have to bring back soon. They are honest & will keep it 💯 with you on the needs of your vehicle which every car service shop does not do Everyone is always professional, kind and courteous. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, water & free wifi.. I had 2 coffees today 🙃 lol.

  I am borrowing a friends car while I’m in Virginia taking care of my grands. The plate underneath the car came loose and was rattling terribly. I called auto pros and they were very nice and up front saying it would be a couple of hours before they could get to it and could I leave it or wait. As soon as I got there, they were so nice…told me to take a seat and gave me a snack bag! Less than an hour later they had re attached the plate and sent me on my way at…no charge!! Who does that these days? This very nice and professional company, that’s who! Best customer service I have had in a very long time! Thank you, I’ll be telling my local friends and family about you!

  Picture it —- 106 degrees and your car stalls. I’m nobody’s mechanic so I go to auto zone to get my battery tested and they tell me it’s the starter. So I’m like ok boom. I call AutoPros and tell them it’s 100% the starter I need. Luckily I landed in the hands of Megan and she was like “not so fast. Let’s just do a diagnostic test and see!” Fast forward, turns out when I got an oil change a month ago at a place I won’t name 🥴 —- they didn’t close the air cabin filter or something technical like that. I’m so relieved that it’s nothing major that I decided to get a lot of other maintenance my car could’ve used a long time ago lmao —- and it’s basically like I’ve got a brand new car. They were quick. They were courteous —- Megan and Ryan were very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions I had about my suggested services. The scheduling and turn around time were also very quick and I got my car back sooner than expected. They really were amazing.

  This business is extremely customer oriented! This is my first time leaving a Google review for anything, but I was extremely impressed with my last visit. I picked up my vehicle after work and due to traffic, I was late. The Auto Pros staff was locking up for the day when I pulled up. They were nice enough to re-open and boot-up their computers so I could pay and take my vehicle home. They could have easily told me to come back in the morn but I am so appreciative they did not. I am not a big fan of using my smartphone for things other than calls, texts, pics, sending emails, and some web surfing. That being said, I really like their estimate tool, sent via text. It not only provided recommended services, but detailed explanation of the service, advantages of the service, and included pictures. The estimate also categorizes the recommended services into what is highly recommended and what you can probably put off for the next time. You simply select the services you agree to pay for and submit the estimate. No need to call and talk with them (unless you have further questions). My vehicle is always returned as I dropped it off, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and I also like I can make appointments online, at any time. I have recommended Auto Pros to friends and family before and I will continue to do so - thank you, Auto Pros!
