They were kind enough to squeeze us in , put on 4 new tires and do an alignment. Even gave me a discount on the sale. Everyone there was kind and helpful!! If that chain was in Michigan I'd be a loyal customer
- MMMichael Retter (MiguelKenyonis)May 22, 20265.0Picked up a nasty screw in my tire about 30 minutes south of Wytheville on I-81N. Thankfully it held and I made it here. Sherry, was an absolute gem of a woman on the phone and in person. Both her and the tech Drake were honest and objective. They took me into the shop to show me that unfortunately the screw was in the shoulder of the tire, people really need to understand that “sidewall” is a colloquialism. While the shoulder does have tread it is equally unsafe to repair. Their honesty and willingness to take me into the shop to show me speaks VOLUMES about the integrity of their business. It was 5:30 on a Tuesday night, trust me I know they would have rather done a repair instead of mounting and balancing a new tire. We all have families to get home to. It sucked to meet them under unfortunate circumstances, but they would be my shop for life if I was local. Thank you Sherry and thank you Drake.
