  I don't recommend this office specifically. I've used other enterprises with no issues but this one should really look into getting new workers for the front end. The guy in the back that cleans and maintenance is great and actually communicates when he can on what he can. But the lady in the front not so much. Let's start with they tell you that you will get what you require truck for example and then you get there and it's not there. And second they tell you to get there at a specific time and then tell you that they can't do anything even though they informed you to be there at that time. And the fact that one of them has their kid in the front area with a tablet turned up so loud you can't hear them talk. I get needing to have your kid for a bit but at least tell them to turn their tablets down. Then when you finally get the vehicle you are supposed to have it's filled with a smoke smell that's extremely unbearable for people who don't smoke. Then you ask for an air freshener and they act as if you're a burden. Then when you return your vehicle to the repair shop that has a contract with them you should expect your refund within 24-48 hours correct? No not them they wait almost a full week. They try and say they want to call you before they will give you your refund but I had to call them almost a week later! To even get it started! I truly believe they were never going to do it. Some pretty sketchy workers in the front of that enterprise.

  I have rented plenty of vehicles from the Enterprise in Wytheville, either due to personal traveling or insurance covering a rental from an accident. I have had great service each time! If an issue ever happens, they are quick to resolve the issue.

  Very arrogant and did NOT have the size car that was discussed about renting that I needed for work. Lack of communication and customer service. Very rude and obviously did not care according to her tone. We have never had any issues with Enterprise in any other location. Wytheville let us down and we will not be using this location again.
