  Had a horrible experience with a rental on 9/4/26. My personal vehicle broke down on a trip and I was stranded. Made a reservation at the local enterprise branch and they didn't actually have a car available. Called customer support 2 times and they "escalated it" to a manager who was supposed to call me back. No one EVER called me back. Made other arrangements at a different branch further away (in the OPPOSITE direction) and had to pay to get to that branch to get a vehicle. This set me back over 2 hours and cost me money because of their incompetence and poor customer service. I called 2 weeks ago to speak with a manager and file a complaint. The customer service rep would not transfer me to a manager but took my information and assured me a manager would call me. I still have not received a phone call 2 WEEKS LATER!!! To this day NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME AS PROMISED!!! I have now been lied to 4 times! This is completely unacceptable!!! Every time I call they give me the runaround and promise me someone will call me and no on ever does! I expect someone to call me immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!

  My son has an enterprise rental due to a car accident. The car that was given to him has a tire going flat. Went to Wytheville and Indica, the Rep there told my son to go to tire shop and see if they could fix it.. We'll, he was already late for work. We don't feel it was his job to get it fixed!!! They should have found him another vehicle to drive! Horrible, horrible customer service!! Will be contacting corporate!

  I don't recommend this office specifically. I've used other enterprises with no issues but this one should really look into getting new workers for the front end. The guy in the back that cleans and maintenance is great and actually communicates when he can on what he can. But the lady in the front not so much. Let's start with they tell you that you will get what you require truck for example and then you get there and it's not there. And second they tell you to get there at a specific time and then tell you that they can't do anything even though they informed you to be there at that time. And the fact that one of them has their kid in the front area with a tablet turned up so loud you can't hear them talk. I get needing to have your kid for a bit but at least tell them to turn their tablets down. Then when you finally get the vehicle you are supposed to have it's filled with a smoke smell that's extremely unbearable for people who don't smoke. Then you ask for an air freshener and they act as if you're a burden. Then when you return your vehicle to the repair shop that has a contract with them you should expect your refund within 24-48 hours correct? No not them they wait almost a full week. They try and say they want to call you before they will give you your refund but I had to call them almost a week later! To even get it started! I truly believe they were never going to do it. Some pretty sketchy workers in the front of that enterprise.
