  Charles was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond, was kind, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He was the reason I drove two hours instead of buying locally. After a lot of less-than-great experiences at other dealerships, working with Charles was a breath of fresh air. He treated me with genuine respect and kindness and made everything easy. I ended up getting the car I was looking for and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend working with him!

  This was a couple years ago. I thought it would be fixed, but it wasn’t My Mom bought a Ford focus the transmission said it was replaced. We had it for less than a month when we first bought it it started shaking. It started doing all sorts of terrible stuff we took it back. They said oh yeah, there’s nothing wrong with it and they refuse to help us.

  The service department was quick in getting my truck scheduled for maintenance. Repairs were completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
