I highly recommend Heisel! She was a pleasure to work with attentive, responsive and amazing with us throughout our vehicle purchasing process. Five stars!
I broke down late at night on my way home from West Virginia to my home in Charlotte and got towed here. They got my car in in the morning and got me fixed up and back on the road quickly! Great job!9
My car buying experience with johnson family chevrolet was nothing short of amazing. They were upfront and straightforward on the pricing, and did not over pressure me to buy extras such as warranty , etc , which is unique in my car buying experience. We were able to wrap up most of the details over the phone and they had the car all ready to go when I arrived and had me on my way in a very short time. They clearly really wanted my business as well as being interested in having my future business, which I appreciated.

Great experience in buying our Chevrolet traverse, would recommend them to anyone, in fact, we have bought multiple cars from them and would do so again if planning on purchasing more in the future, Be sure and ask for Charles as he is wonderful to work with and made the transaction so much smoother!
In April, my husband and I were traveling back to Indiana from South Carolina, and we pulled into Johnson's with an emergency fuel pressure problem. We were pulling a 40ft 5th wheel, and our Diesel Silverado 3500 kept going into limp mode every 10 miles. My husband had already diagnosed what the problem "was not." It was not the fuel filter, as that had already been changed a couple of times just to get us off the highway and to a dealership. The service department would not listen to him, and assured us that it would be fixed with a GM fuel filter. $387 later, they sent us on our way, ensuring us that we would not have any issues, despite our concerns. The truck only made it 5 miles down the road, and it again went into limp mode. Called the service department and asked to speak to our technician, and "surprise" he had already left for the day! The service department offered no feasible solution that would allow us to get home. After finally asking the service manager many questions, she suggested that we get a OBD2 reader to clear the code every time that it went into limp mode to make it home. Overall, the service department should have listened to my husband, and made proper recommendations on what needed to be done or what could be done beyond a fuel filter. Luckily, we managed to get back off the highway to buy an OBD2 reader, and get home. While I appreciated that they got us in without an appointment due to our situation, they should have been thorough and provided us with an accurate diagnosis. With research, my husband learned that he needed a lift pump, due to the age of the vehicle and the fuel pump getting weak, in order to provide enough fuel pressure for pulling. He now has one installed. Please listen to your customers! We needed solid solutions, not a $387-5 mile fix that left us stranded again.
