We were extremely fortunate today to be helped by Jonathan and his wonderful service crew at Johnson Family Chevrolet when our engine died on Route 77. As I type this my granddaughter is napping in her pack and play in Jonathan’s office! This is truly a family place (even the outlets have child protector caps on them!). Jody diagnosed our problem correctly and we are fortunate that the engine is on recall and will be replaced here. They have secured a rental car for us so we can continue our journey and will also drive our repaired car back north to us and collect the rental as part of the GM service agreement. We met so many truly kind employees here, among them Charlie, Tia, Cole, PaPa Frank and Hazel and others whose names I don’t know, who checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything as we were waiting. Everyone was so sweet to my wee granddaughter too! I’ve never seen such excellent care for the customer and expertise in resolving our significant issue in a timely and professional manner. We are grateful for Johnson Family Chevrolet and their talented and compassionate staff.

I purchased a vehicle from Johnson Family Chevrolet back in April, but after having it for a while, I realized it just wasn’t quite roomy enough for my family. I recently went back and traded it in for a minivan, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Charles Nymark went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and work out a deal that I felt comfortable with. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate all of his help! I highly recommend Charles to anyone who is thinking about purchasing or trading in a vehicle. He genuinely cares about his customers and will do everything he can to make sure you’re happy. I’m hoping this van lasts us for many years, but when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll definitely be back to see Charles! ⭐️

Hi I was driving and pulling a 4800 lb trailer behind a 2006 GMC from Raleigh. N. C. To Tennessee . Pulling the hills on Rt 77 to Va. our truck developed issues. One call to Johnson Family Chevrolet brought great Service , and fast attention to our issue . Which resulted in a great experience and I would recommend that they are a great place to resolve your Mechanical issues.
