He gave a thorough inspection, alerted me to concerns and notable maintenance that I should take action on. In the end, my car was well taken care of
- DCDMV CEO3 days ago5.0Best Customer Service in NORTHERN VA! Let me start by saying I don't trust mechanics or anyone outside of my own mechanics to service my vehicle. But today we had an emergency & let me say this. Carlton Hopkins / Gerald Thomas / Bruce Harris & the GM John ALL went above & beyond to assist with our tire/car issues. I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE in the woodbridge area to get your car serviced here! They will not just charge you for showing up. But they will ask questions, locate the issue & give the best options for repair at the lowest cost. I've NEVER seen that at any car place but these guys did it all. We are thankful, grateful, and will be back for all our car service needs Thanks again for being awesome Valvoline. More importantly. Thanks Carlton/Gerald/Bruce & John! YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!

- DWDavid WynnAug 24, 20261.0I was initially the first customer waiting in line. A bald employee came from a bay and started directing me and the other waiting customers to pull up to different bays. After a few minutes, both cars that were behind me in line were now being serviced. I explained to the staff that the process used to "line us up" was flawed and unacceptable. It's not right that you can come into a business and get serviced last after customers behind you who waited less time. The staff did nothing to remedy the situation. The person (Elmer) servicing my vehicle didn't recommend any services or give me a sticker for when to return, although at this point I have no desire to.

They were all very busy but very professional pumping out cars at a great pace. Great teamwork and atmosphere. Normally I go to dealership for oil change but I recommend Valvoline after this experience! They even offer a military discount. And provided my wife water! Thank you Curtis and the guys. Q
