  Jonathan did a great job, fast and efficient and cleaned up all broken glass mess. I would recommend Safelite auto glass.

  What can I say. I scheduled the appointment to have two spots repaired. On the day of my appointment just a few minutes before for the appointment was to happen I was called by safelite advising they would not be able to service my windshield today. So a second appointment was made On the day of the appointment, the tech showed up, looked at both spots on the window and determined that one of them had already been previously fixed and he would be unable to do it so he advised me he would only need to work on one of the two chips and told me he was adjusting the price quote. The tech finishes the job I come out look at the one spot that he told me he worked on and was satisfied with it and he left. I get in my vehicle to drive away, and I can clearly see he cleaned the area over the second spot that he told me he didn’t need to work on and in looking at it, I could tell that he tried to fix it and ended up making that spot worse. Long story short, he worked on a spot of my window he told me he didn’t need to do. He ends up removing the old repair adhesive, which now you can feel the window is uneven, and when the light reflects off of it, it goes right into my eyes as I am driving. Safelite is the worst window service I have ever used

  Joshua was awesome. He determined that the rock chip was actually a previous chip repair, so no chip repair was needed. He also replaced the windshield wipers super quick. He also showed me a couple of tips with respect to the windshield wipers. All fantastic job.

  We had a large crack across our windshield that needed to be replaced. The Safelite team worked to get us scheduled quickly and the team members who helped us along the way did a great job explaining what they would do and why. After a few appointments because of weather and calibration issues, we have a new windshield that looks great and we feel safe.

  I have had so much respect for this company for years. They have been my go to for car glass and I hacmve recommended them highly to friends and family. Well today that all ends. They came out to replace my windshield. About 2 weeks later I noticed the trim that runs up and down inside the vehicle was coming lose on both sides. It was also filthy dirty. It wasn't a priority so I thought "I will get to it". This past Saturday I was getting brake work done at a shop a few doors down so I decided to walk over, explain the situation, the lady pulled up my information and mentioned it was over a year ago. I could have sworn it was a few months. Anyway, she walked with me to the shop where the car was to look at it but told me to bring it when I was done. I proceeded to do that and she had a technician look at it. He pretended to fix it but as soon as I touched it it came undone again. I asked him if it's supposed to clip and hesaid yes that they can fix it under warranty and for me to go inside and schedule an appointment. I went in amd got an appointment for Wednesday. Today is Tuesday and a little after 5pm some lady called talking about I was supposed to let them know within 30 days so I proceeded to cancel the appointment. It is a shame that their workers can't care for people's property correctly. All repairs for my vehicle are expensive so now on top of giving them business I have to oay to get this fixed that they messed up and take no responsibility for. Be careful, look for alternatives.
