  Booked an appointment over a week prior for mobile service, they sent me a message everyday to confirm my appointment. The day prior they sent me 3 messages, emailed, and called me to inform me about my appointment the next day. They sent me a text message at 4:52 pm stating my appointment was rescheduled due to the windshield not being in-stock. Why wasnt this communicated when you called me or messaged me over 10 times throughout the week? I call the parts department right away and they informed me its still at their distributors warehouse in Ohio. She transfered the call to the lady that made the changes to my appointment minutes prior and when she transfered me the line cut out. I recalled immediately and went to Voicemail stating they were closed, by this time it was 5pm on the dot. Extremely frustrating experience with safelite, why wasnt this communicated throughout the week that potentially the appointment would have to be rescheduled due to parts not arriving. The lady on the phone didnt even want to try to call anyone or look up to see if their other supplier had it in stock (safelite only has 2 suppliers nation wide). If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  Isaac was awesome! When the rain forced us to shift plans, knowing I was moving out of town the next day, he was extremely accommodating to get my windshield taken care of as soon as possible.

  Isaac did a phenomenal job repairing the windshield on our BMW X3. He was extremely professional. His attention to detail and great customer service facilitated a great customer experience. He should definitely be considered for advancement or groomed for positions of leadership within your organization.

  The repair was covered by my insurance but Josh was amazing. Super professional and very efficient work he’s even funny so that’s a plus I would recommend him and the service any day!

  I first made an appointment for seven weeks ago. On the day of service the installer noted that a part was missing, so the installation could not be completed. It was rescheduled for the following week. On the day of the second appointment, I received a message that the new windshield had arrived without the same part and installation would be rescheduled when the right piece came in. The following week I called to inquire as it had now been about two weeks from my initial call, and rescheduled for the following Thursday. Wednesday, I was told that a delay in transit for my windshield required rescheduling for Saturday. This will be 4 weeks from the initial install date! I am not counting on getting my windshield on Saturday. We shall see...... Update... Saturday morning and I got the call. Part is still "in transit". No windshield today. I will be calling my insurance company to see if ANYONE else can do this. My car is a newer (post 2020) Prius. How hard can it be to get a windshield in stock for a common car? Update. After several more failed appointments, I now have to bring my car to the shop instead of roadside repair.... I asked my insurance if I could switch windshield installers, but was told that as Safelite had started the process, they must finish it. I am held hostage by a non responsive company because they started a job 6 weeks ago that they have not been able to finish. As I was "given" my appointment, my son will be driving to Woodbridge tomorrow in rush hour, and I won't have the pleasure of speaking to someone. If it even happens! The track record suggests I will get a call or email rescheduling again. And no mention of compensation for my time and aggravation! Please do not use Safelite if at all possible.
