  The team was so accommodating when I worked into the shop 20 minutes before closing, needing all four tires changed ASAP for safety. John was very helpful coordinating with the team to have them replace all four of my tires even when it meant them staying past their closing time. I really appreciate them going above and beyond this evening.

  If I could give 0 starts I would. Walked in asking for a wheel alignment. They said it would take an hour. I waited an hour at the waiting area went to ask for an update they said they haven’t started due to another vehicle taking awhile. They stated they would start in a few minutes waited another 40 they still haven’t told me. There was no communication about how long it was actually taking. Grabbed my car and left. Don’t go here they waste time and don’t communicate any of it

  I’ve had work done a few times at this location. They are always so kind to me, and do excellent work. The workers are knowledgeable and really don’t try to upsell you anything if you don’t need it. I’ve had very positive experiences every time I need something done to my Hyundai!

  I’ve been coming to NTB for my tire needs for a while now, and I can honestly say the service has been consistently excellent. Mohammed, in particular, has taken great care of me. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain what’s going on without making you feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciate most is the honesty and reliability, the staff make sure everything is done right and that I leave feeling confident and safe on the road. It’s not always easy to find people you trust with your car, but Mohammed has definitely earned that trust. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for dependable service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers.
