  Gabriel was great from start to finish. He was real with me, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond. While my car was being worked on, he even made sure I was able to get to my appointment instead of leaving me stuck waiting around. That type of customer service is rare nowadays. He kept it honest with me about my vehicle, treated me with respect, and made the whole experience a lot easier. Definitely appreciate Gabriel for looking out for me. 10/10 customer service and I would absolutely recommend him.

  Had a great experience at this location on Harbor Dr in Woodbridge, primarily due to the professionalism of a nice young man by the name of Gabriel. I called on a Tuesday afternoon with a specific tire request I had researched. They had it in the shop by 8 AM the next morning for my appointment. I asked to see the manufactured date stamp on the tires before starting and Gabriel kindly brought the tire over showed me the manufactured date which was only a couple months old. I was set on not getting an alignment because the truck was driving fine. Gabriel pointed out the uneven tire wear I had and with no pressure suggested now was a good time to set it right, which I did. I negotiated the price based on comparative quotes and Gabriel came through with a slightly higher price than others but a fair offer. The service I got made it worth it. The rest of the NTB team here I dealt with was very professional as well. I was bracing for the worst; high pressure-scare tactic--fast talking--decide it now--what just happen here--car repair, but these guys made buying tires a pleasant experience. Thank you!

  I was elated to come to a place that's clean and responsive. I needed help with a tire and Joe (Joesph) helped me. He was professional, courteous, and a delight. I asked what I needed and he helped without issue. I rarely give 5s - can any place really be perfection? - but I give that score today because courtesy ranks high with me. It even surpasses skill. But it's good to know that they are courteous and skilled. If I can't get to my dealership, this place will be first on my list of places to trust with my car.

  Showed up 15 minutes before they closed to see if they could patch or a replace a tire on my daughter's vehicle, after another location was not able to. Joe said he would make it work when he could have easily turned me away and said they wouldn't have time, fixed the patch and had me back on the road shortly after closing time. Excellent customer service! Very much appreciated!

  Very disappointing experience I purchased new tires from this location and paid for installation, balancing, and an alignment. Unfortunately, the alignment was not properly completed, and I was not given any documentation showing that it had been performed. I returned before the three-month warranty expired because my vehicle was still having steering issues. I was told the alignment had been done, but the problem continued. Later, I was told the alignment had actually never been completed, but by then the warranty had expired and they wanted me to pay for it again. I had already paid for this service and should not have to pay twice for work that was never completed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
