  Never coming to this place again. Used to come here regularly because of their convenient location. I had an 11 AM appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. Only 1 service advisor working and even dropping off the car took longer than it should have. I was told the work would take 1.5-2 hours. I tried calling them at 1:30 but no one answered the phone. I stopped by at 1:45 to pick up my car but it was still parked where I left it. I asked if they were done but I was told that the car was just about to come in the shop. At this point I just cancelled the work and asked for the key. The service advisor asked if I wanted to reschedule, that was the cherry on the top. They had their chance, I will find some other place to do business with.

  Horrible customer service. I had a scheduled appointment, and there was only one other customer in the waiting area. Despite having an appointment, they prioritized the walk in customer while I waited for over an hour. During that time, they hadn’t even pulled my car into the service bay. It was especially frustrating to watch the staff give extensive attention to the walk-in customer and address all of his requests while my vehicle sat untouched. The customer himself even stated I had arrived before him. I only needed a brake service, yet my appointment seemed to be treated as less important than someone who arrived without one. I ended up leaving because it was extremely rude.

  Time matters, and no one wants to spend hours waiting in a shop. If you're running behind schedule, communication goes a long way. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. When I arrived, I was informed that the tires had not yet arrived because they were being shipped from New Jersey. I agreed to return in an hour when they were expected to arrive. After returning, it took another hour and fifteen minutes before my vehicle was even pulled into a bay. The service was finally completed at 4:50 PM. We were originally told the work would take about 90 minutes. Even if you start the clock when I returned, the wait was well over two and a half hours. That doesn't include the extra trip I had to make because the tires were not available at my scheduled appointment time. In total, this took roughly four hours out of my day. Do better.

  I had a terrible experience with this NTB I left my car with them on Saturday. On Sunday I was informed I needed a alternator that was fine. On Monday they called to say my battery was bad I told them I will get a battery myself on Tuesday they told me my ac compressor was bad which was fine before I let them work on my car! Also the assistant manager Jeff hung up on me when I question it. I went to the store to get clarity He storm off refused to deal with the situation. I finally got my car fixed on Wednesday after sitting in their shop for days until they could get more money out of me unless you are buying tires don't let them work on your car! After working on the alternator that needed fixing in that area, they miss up the car air conditioner. The alternator moved over or fell.. be careful sensitive work area.. And it was there fault on the air conditioner and to fix it was $584.99 that we had to pay.. an additional amount out of our pocket. In which that was there fault. Take accountability on your mistake... You are the mechanic..

  Do not get new brakes here! We brought our car here for an oil change and tire rotation, and we asked them to check the brakes because we knew we were due for replacement soon. However, the brakes were NOT causing any issues at this point in time. First, they did not rotate the tires despite saying that they did. We had to bring the car back the next day after realizing they hadn’t been rotated. Second, and more majorly, we ultimately spent a lot of money getting our brakes and rotors replaced. After the replacement, the brakes started squeaking very loudly. We brought it back to NTB (this is now the third visit from the same initial service). They said that they just needed to adjust the suspension but otherwise everything was fine. It’s now been over three months since the replacement and the brakes still squeal so loudly. Mind you, they never made noise before this replacement. So we took it back to NTB (this is now the fourth visit). Now they told us that one of our calipers needs to be replaced. We declined and decided to take the car to the dealer (another cost) for a full safety inspection. It was just hard to believe that this was a coincidence. The dealer did an inspection and drove our car for 20+ minutes. They ultimately concluded that the calipers are fine and that the issue is likely the brakes that NTB used — and that the only way to get rid of the sound would be new brakes — again! Especially of concern to us is that a person named Diamond W commented below having literally this exact same experience at this NTB recently — she also got new brakes that started squeaking and NTB told her she needed a new caliper — but other mechanics disagreed and said she needed new brakes again. We spent so much money at this NTB and we are so disappointed and upset by this experience. Everyone has been professional but ultimately we do not feel we received the service we paid for — instead, we received a lot of stress!
