  I went to get a tire mounted and balanced after getting a flat, but I learned from thr NTB manager, Joe, that my existing tires were so worn that I needed to purchase at least 2 new tires in order to balance them properly. Since my tires were near the end of their life anyway, I bought 4 new ones --instead of 2. Now I good for a while! Thank you so much for turning a flat tire into a great experience!

  NTB- NOT THE BEST!! My partner had brought her car here to simply have the tires checked out. It was a Tuesday we had come in and had been told it would be about an hour or so for them to work on it, mind you she had an appointment and this was 12 in the afternoon. Cut to literally 6pm and they don’t have it done…This turned into something wrong with her rotors and apparently her dash lights, when this had never been an issue before. So we end up taking the car home and bringing it back the next day, you’d think it wouldn’t be much more now…you’d be wrong! All the sudden they now need to order a specific part for her and she once again has to wait longer than expressed. This was upsetting because she now has work in the evening and is left without transportation. This time we leave and wait more hours until the time to come back is right around the corner, we get a call. They tell her that she once again has to wait and the part is on back order! They advise us to leave her car and come back. Now we had a weekend trip we were attending and so we wouldn’t be able on Friday morning to pick it up, as we’d already be gone! Whelp long story short it’s now Monday the next week. We’ve been here over an hour waiting after being told it was “ready” to hear there’s more issues, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIGURED IT OUT!! I’m genuinely baffled at the lack of urgency and communication! It is absolutely ridiculous that they’d need this much time for something that started so simple, let alone issues it feels they’ve created! To top it all off they didn’t even fix it and she had to take it back to her own Kia dealership to have it properly sorted!! All in all I’m highly frustrated and DO NOT recommend this location at all! ALL THEY DO IS WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

  Service was great fast jeffy was very friendly knowledgeable he also suggested the warranty for my tire just in case I needed a new one again cool dude !

  Excellent service! Professional and friendly! I came inside for them to check on my tires, there was a nail. They inspected it and fixed the issue in less than 1 hr. Highly recommend this location! Thank you so much!

  After having a rough day and randomly getting a flat, I came to this location only an hour and a half before they closed looking for a miracle. Jeffrey was so nice and customer service oriented. He was honest with me, and once it was confirmed they had my specific tire, they got right to work. I was in an out within an hour. If I lived closer, this would certainly be my preferred NTB location.
