  Rented from this location few times in the past. They're very helpful, respectful of your time and never had an issue with my reservation. Alessandra, the manager, is very prompt, communicative and pleasant 😀

  I’ve used this location several times and have consistently received great customer service. The process is straightforward, and the staff has always been helpful. Helpful tip: Fill out your information online before you arrive. It can make the rental process much faster. A few things to know before you go: Bring your driver’s license. Bring your insurance card. Have a credit card with at least $300 available. A $300 deposit/hold is required for the rental and will be returned/released after the vehicle is successfully returned, subject to the rental terms. Completing your information online ahead of time can help you get in and out much quicker. I’ve had a positive experience each time I’ve rented from this location and would use them again.

  Fantastic team to work with. Very timely and knowledgeable! Knew exactly the capabilities of the trucks and how to accomplish what I needed. Very fast turnaround and super easy to work with. Huge shoutout to Andy and Francesca for the excellent support! Will go back to Woodbridge, VA for all my truck needs.

  Had a great experience with Enterprise! The truck I received was extremely clean inside and out—honestly exceeded my expectations. There was a small mix-up (mostly on the online side), but Francesca was phenomenal and handled everything quickly and seamlessly. She made the whole process easy and stress-free and rectified the mixup. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

  I had a great experience renting a truck from Enterprise Truck Rental. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the staff was professional, helpful, and efficient. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Francesca, and she has always been great, friendly, knowledgeable and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The truck itself was clean, well-maintained, and performed exactly as expected, which made my move much less stressful. I especially appreciated how straightforward the pickup and return process was no unnecessary delays or confusion. The team took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. Overall, I would definitely recommend Enterprise Truck Rental to anyone needing a reliable and hassle-free truck rental experience.
