  This was one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve had. I specifically reserved a BMW X5 / Mercedes GLE class vehicle and planned my trip around having a midsize luxury SUV. When I arrived, the location did not have the vehicle class I reserved. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a reasonable solution, the staff repeatedly tried to convince me that a Mercedes GLA or Audi Q3 was the same size and class as a BMW X5 or Mercedes GLE. That claim is simply false. The GLA and Q3 are compact luxury crossovers, while the X5 and GLE are significantly larger midsize luxury SUVs with substantially more passenger and cargo space. Anyone familiar with these vehicles knows they are not remotely equivalent. What made the experience especially frustrating was the insistence that I should accept a smaller vehicle while being told it was “the same class.” It felt misleading and dismissive of the reservation I had made. If a rental company cannot honor a reservation, the professional response is to be transparent, apologize, and provide an appropriate upgrade or compensation—not argue with the customer about obvious differences between vehicle classes. I made the reservation two months in advance for the staff to tell me that their luxury vehicles are going for $160 a day currently, - thats why you reserve in advance! A reservation should mean something. This location either doesn’t understand its own vehicle categories or simply doesn’t care about honoring them. I would not trust this Enterprise location if the type of vehicle you reserve actually matters to you. As per the staff, they honor vehicles according to the size so if you book a BMW X5, be prepared to get a Nissan Rogue....and definitely not vice versa - Its "mid-size"!!

  Ingrid was the associate who assisted me, she was very nice and answered all my questions. My rental experience was overall very smooth. Quite a wait though for service and my rental definitely needed a wash, its the only reason im giving 4 stars as the associate who helped actually deserves 5 stars!
