  Easy pickup. Gentleman who assisted me was courteous and communicative. Quickly started the process with to the point questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my experience in the car. Would use again!

  I had a great experience! The customer service was amazing. I had to switch cars after two days because the tires had some issues, but the exchange was quick and hassle-free. The staff even helped me transfer my belongings from one car to the other. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth. I would definitely recommend them!

  I had the worst experience here and need to share! On 7/14 around 12pm, I was traveling long distance from North Carolina to New Jersey and about halfway through (in Woodbridge) the engine light came on in an enterprise rented vehicle. I was traveling down the highway going 80 mph and my speed cut in half to 40 so it was extremely scary. Luckily I was able to pull off the highway and took an exit that had an Enterprise location. I stopped in to see if they’d be able to help. When I arrived, I waited a bit and then a light-skinned man with tattoos helped me. I let him know what happened and he barely looked at me or showed any signs of trying to help. He said “we don’t have any cars so unfortunately I can’t help you”. Meanwhile there was a full lot, not that those may not have reservations but there was literally no other effort to resolve the situation at all. I actually had to ask him if he could try to provide any other alternate solutions, which he seemed annoyed by. So sorry for bothering u at work!! He said I could drive the car 38 minutes to the enterprise at the airport and see if they have any inventory. I mentioned, “I don’t really feel safe driving the vehicle.” He said “there’s nothing else we can do”. I was appalled not even as an employee but as a basic human to at least attempt to try to help someone clearly in distress. I would’ve done more for a stranger. I asked him if he could look on the system to see if there’s inventory at any other stores before I drive there unsafely and then they also don’t have a car. He said he’s unable to do that. Literally zero resolution skills. I left the store and tried calling other locations. I came back in after 20 minutes bc I was still on hold with the closest location. A different employee (white young guy) saw me come inside, immediately went to the bathroom to avoid me, then finally came back and sat and stared at his computer screen right in front of me literally as if I was a ghost. Nobody else was in there. It was actually comical. You would’ve thought I came in the store and insulted everyone. I just needed help. It was a jarring experience. I ended up spending 2 hours in Woodbridge between 3 employees and 2 locations (will save details) for literally no resolution at all. The only option was for me to risk driving the rest of my trip home with this faulty vehicle. If you don’t have human decency, work a computer job. Do not recommend !!!!
