  I had reserved a car a month in advance, but it was incredibly slow and there was no inventory. I had to wait over an hour to get the car. The lady at the front told me it was getting an oil change and cleaned, which completely defeats the purpose of reserving the car. Another person had to wait over three hours because they had no inventory.

  The vehicle was not ready when I arrived. My reservation was for 12 and they let me know ahead of time they didn’t have the car but expected to be available between 12-1. I took a Lyft there and the door was locked because they were out picking up the car. I had to sit outside in the hot sun and wait for them to return which was around 1:20. No apologies, comp, or anything. The car was clearly in an accident previously. I was scared the front end would fall off on my drive. The tires were overinflated by 10 -15 psi and they were missing the air pressure caps. Luckily, I had extra from a pack I purchased for my personal vehicle. The device smelled bad and there were crumbs in the crack between the drivers seat and center console. Very filthy down there. I rented this location on accident and I’ll never rent here again!!! Update: to contact me and ask me why I didn’t report my issues at the return is absurd!! You knew you had me waiting outside because you had to unlock the door when you got back to the building. You also knew the front end of the car was damaged because we discussed it. To say I could’ve possibly been comped is crazy. Almost every review has the same complaint about wait time and rental car unavailability. As I stated on the phone, I didn’t think you cared because everyone has the same complaint.

  Placed a reservation, which was confirmed at this location, and when I was within 45mins of pick up time I received a call that they did not have the class of vehicle I requested (SUV). The only option was a sedan...which was smaller....unacceptable. If I wanted a sedan, I would have reserved one. Needed an SUV given the type of trip to be taken. As a frequent rental car customer, my disappointment was surpassed by the late notification. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! I chose this location because of less-than-stellar assistance at the Jefferson Davis (Route 1) location. Now I am through with both Woodbridge locations.

  I wish I didn’t have to give one star to leave a review. This place is trash and the service is awful. I made reservations more than 7 days in advance. Completed the check in before arriving to only be told they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved which was a pickup truck. I was offered a Suburban, I own a Denali so I declined the offer. I reserved a pickup truck not a SUV. I won’t be back.
