  Great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Woodbridge! The entire process was easy and stress-free. The car was clean, reliable, and we had absolutely no issues during the rental. A special thank you to Brittany and Valerie for the excellent customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made everything simple from start to finish. We had a great experience and would definitely use this Enterprise location again! Highly recommended!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I first picked up my rental car, it was not in good condition. The staff member told me there was no inventory available at the time and promised that I could exchange the vehicle later. She even gave me her phone number and asked me to call when I wanted to swap the car. I picked up the car on Tuesday, and after that I called many times, but no one ever helped me. They would answer the phone only to put me on hold, or they would not assist me at all. I also visited the branch several times in person, but each time I was told to "come back tomorrow" because there were no cars available. The lack of communication, wasted time, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. If you value your time and expect respectful treatment, I would not recommend this branch.

  First and foremost I will never rent from here ever again! My family and I had a reservation booked here for July 2026 and I made the reservation March of 2026. The day came to pick it up for our family vacation and they told us that they had no inventory….my husband and I looked at each other in disbelief. He called customer service and they told him that the other local enterprises had nothing as well. The employee was not helpful and suggests we check the airport location which was a 45 minute drive away with traffic. We get to the airport with a new reservation and the only form of payment they accepted was a major credit card which we did not have. We are so infuriated at this point! I’m so disgusted with enterprise, your company is now considered trash in my eyes.

  I have been here twice and both times interacted with the branch manager Brittany, who was very professional, courteous and helpful. The First time i was there it was uneventful as I went in and picked up my car within a few minutes and left. However, the second time unfortunately they did not have the car I reserved, but Brittany was able to locate another suitable replacement at a nearby enterprise. She drove me there ensured that I received a great car and was extremely helpful. I look forward to picking up my next car here.
