Within 2 hours, Maria thoroughly explained Enterprise's process and helped me with on-line searches to identify RAV-4s that met my preferences. We identified 6 potential vehicles and Maria emailed me a link she set up for these. Amazingly, my first preference was available. I had already spent 2 hours at an independent dealer and another 2 hours with a Toyota dealership with no available RAV-4s or good deals. Enterprise saved me about $6,000 over the dealer price, gave a much better warranty, and it took much less time. Maria knows the details of the makes and models of their available cars and gave me direct answers to all my questions. I give her and Enterprise 5 Stars!
