  Wish I could give less than one star. Jordan is the reason. He was one of the rudest, most disrespectful people we've dealt with. My dad went in to replace a splitter belt that turned out to be the wrong size, and that's when Jordan's attitude came out. He was on his phone constantly, ignoring customers while we waited. When we tried to explain the issue, he kept talking over us, repeating "listen to me" instead of actually listening to what we were saying. This happened multiple times — he'd cut us off and dismiss our concerns entirely. My dad doesn't speak English fluently, and I believe that's part of what set Jordan off. His tone changed noticeably the moment my dad started talking and trying to explain why we needed the right size belt. Looking back, it felt like Jordan made assumptions about my dad based on his accent and judged him before actually listening to what he had to say. I'm not letting this go. I'm filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will let them take it from there. I'll also be telling friends and family to avoid this location so they don't have the same experience we did.

  Neil was such a great help! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. His service was quick and efficient. Would absolutely come back to this Auto Zone next time.

  Good store until you claim lifetime warranty on duralast tools. Purchased Nut Splitter, snapped on first try. Went to the store 2 times and both times they said i had to come back to see store manager. Purchased Duralast 60 piece socket set, Couple pieces were broken, Went to the store 4 times, they made me prove that I bought it by providing receipt(which I had on my email), and still said you had to come back for store manager. Store manager was hard to find on every visit, Finally met store manager, said that broken pieces will be replaced, however they don’t have them in stock so have to wait to get them replaced. They treat like you are asking tools for free, it’s part of the policy. If you don’t honor your warranty then don’t advertise it please :)
