  Customer service at the Winchester location is top notch. All of the crew is always all smiles, very friendly and extremely professional. Saw Justin again today, he remembered me, Jacob was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I feel very welcomed, and customer service - genuine quality customer service is hard to come by these days and this location never disappoints. Quick service and very thorough. Thank you very much!!!

  A 2013 Ford F150 XLT 6 cyl 3.5 engine with ecoboost was brought in for a routine oil change. The attendant was courteous was spoke so fast that I had difficulty in understanding him. When I stated that all I wanted was an oil change, he continued with all of the available service options that were presenting on his computer screen. My feeling was this was nothing more than an upsell, as the prices were inflated well above what my mechanic would charge. The oil was nothing of a bargain. I received 6 qts of 5w30 maxlife which can be purchased at LOWES for approx $7.80 a qt. On top of that, I was charged an extra $12.99 EXTRA OIL CHARGE. Total cost with a V088 filter was $81.99 for materials I could have purchased myself for $56.80. Not much of a savings there. The Labor was $22.05, reasonable for the service and time. I had a DISCOUNT coupon removing $15.00. The oil was evacuated rather than drained leaving any accumulated sludge in the oil pan; as well as no inspection of the oil pan and seal (something I had to do when I got home).The radiator coolant level was low (none showing) yet the service says it is OK. That is not the case and coolant had to be added. No offer to add fluids occurred. Further, when they pulled my air filter, they stated that it needed to be replaced, yet it was in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition having been replaced less than a week prior. This concerned me greatly. No discussion occurred regarding the status of any other fluids. Again, a matter of concern. No comments about leaks, seals, gaskets or any observation(s) concerning the engine. I was lastly given a reminder sticker numbered for 3000 miles service. The Maxlife Oil should have a 5000 mile change schedule; a number my mechanic has used for a number of years. In all, I was not satisfied with the experience and don't think I will be recommending it to anyone I know. I plan on having my mechanic do a thorough inspection of the engine, and advise me on any irregularities; something I had expected from your attendants.

  I felt bad that the technicians were sweating buckets in 100 degree heat, but they were perfectly sweet and polite in spite of this. they informed me of what my car needed without making me feel uneducated or demeaned, and even helped me find coupons. very helpful team!

  I just got the best service from the manager Justin. He took excellent care of my daughter’s vehicle. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend his services and I absolutely plan on coming back.

  Very nice but very unprofessional. I went there to get my oil changed in my fiat and they said they can’t do it because the oil tank is to hard to get to. I have been there multiple times and have had no problem in the past. Also I have taken my Jetta there in the past and wanted them to change my air filter. They said they couldn’t get to my air filter because there’s too many components in the way. But the previous time that I went there, they took out the air filter and showed me it. I said “next time”. And now they can’t get to it? Makes no sense. I guess it depends on who’s working and who’s more knowledgeable. But they should all be trained with the same knowledge in my opinion.
