  Windshield seems to be sealed good however 2 pieces of my trim were damaged. They were basically just laying in their groove. Clips were broken. Car is older so not surprised but would have appreciated being told rather than finding it myself.

  The young man Brandon was awesome! Ever so kind, manners, eye contact as he was talking and listening to me. He was fast at replacing the windshield and respectful of our property! My wife and I will highly recommend this young man to anyone! Great job Safelite!

  Had a chip in my wind shield that required it to be replaced. After numerous attempts to have them replace it at my residence, I finally had to go to the shop to get a replacement. (This due to weather, not an issue but an inconvenience.) I took half the day off of work to drive 45 minutes to the shop with my wife and child to sit for 3 hours to have the worst service I have ever experienced. The receptionists were amazing, no complaints. They were gracious with our little one, turned the tv on for us, and even tried to rush the crew due to our son getting fussy. (Less than a year old.) When we finally got our vehicle after 3 hours, thats when I realized I got the worst service I have ever received from any company. When we pulled away we noticed a tapping noise on our roof. I told my wife to roll the window down and feel with her hand what might be loose. She grabbed the large piece of plastic (Pictures attached) and cut her finger on the sharp edges. We pulled over at a gas station when we realized that they left the old driver's side windshield A-pillar outer molding. That's number one. When i started trying to figure out why it was there, I noticed that the new molding was not properly installed. (Picture attached) I returned to the shop and was told, "Oh its not a huge deal but we will someone out to repair the new one. The guys were in a rush to complete the job." (I sat for 3 hours with an infant child without a single complaint....who was rushing you?) After they scheduled the appointment and we drove home, my wife was gathering her things to go in the house when we found a tool that they left under the passenger seat. I understand the rush of completing a job but the fact that this was so downplayed when a large piece of plastic could have flown off into traffic or at a pedestrian or damaged my vehicle which I just paid for, is quite sad. I do hope Safelite reads this comment and resolves the sloppiness of their technicians. I will not be returning to this location again and will seek to find other places to fix further damages.
