Luke and the team at NTB were absolutely wonderful! I had a sudden flat tire, and my car had to be towed in overnight. The next morning, I called and spoke with Luke, who handled everything in a very professional and helpful manner.
They were even able to get me in sooner than originally projected, and I was back on the road by 1:00 the next afternoon! I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled during such an unexpected situation. Great customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Luke and the NTB team!
I stopped in because I noticed the weights somehow came off of my rear drivers side tire, I knew had to have it rebalanced. Christina was so prompt, kind, reassuring & helpful. I expected to wait quite a while, but she expedited things and got me in and out with no wait. I highly recommend! Customer Service isn’t what it used to to be, but this experience was top tier!

THE BEST. They really take care of the car and the customer. The waiting area is nice and the WiFi is fast. Christina at the front desk is super knowledgeable, kind and practical (budget conscious). The whole team goes above and beyond. They explain the process with expertise and honesty. My mechanic showed me the issue, talked me through the “why” and fixed the issue (brakes/ parking brake). Thank you, Christina and team.

Picked something up in my tire on my way from Pittsburgh to Middleburg. Changed over to spare and rolled into the NTB in Winchester. Justin dropped everything to give me a hand including throwing a plug in the tire. While doing that he noticed the sidewalls of the tire were not right and threw it on the balancing machine. He determined it was unsafe to drive on that tire and helped me throw the spare back on. Even though they didn’t have a replacement tire (255/35/20) they exhausted all possibilities in trying to help. Kudos to Justin and team over at NTB Winchester!
This note is to acknowledge the kindness and exceptional professionalism of Christina Tigg. Ms. Tigg was extremely helpful in identifying the cause of rough driving condition I experienced whenever I approached speeds of 50 mph or greater. She not only assisted me in purchasing tires within my budget, but also recommended additional services to extend the life of my tires. All of the above mentioned occurred last summer, so when I needed to additional services, I returned to NTB this past Sunday ( Aug 2). Ms. Tigg greeted me with the same friendly disposition and provided additional suggestions for extend not only my tires but the lifespan of my vehicle. Her sense of humor, pleasant disposition, and knowledge of automobile is very helpful to a novice like myself. The staff in general at this location are pleasant, fast, and thorough, but Ms. Tigg is head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you so much!
