  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! I stopped by after getting a big nail in my tire, and the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and fast. They had my tire fixed and me back on the road in no time. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my tire and service needs. Highly recommend!

  They helped me out a lot and did a nice job. I've been trying to get some basic tires for a couple weeks and cant take off work. I called them while at church and got an appt for 3pm. I got there before 2pm. I went next door to Sheetz and got some food and was on my way home at 330 and had a smooth ride.

  I spent $900 getting a full set of tires and after a couple months, two of them went flat. I tried calling them just now to see if they had a warranty coverage on the tires but then they proceed to give me the runaround and told me that I couldn't use foam insulation to hold me over until I could see them because "they wouldn't be able to find the leak." Unlike normal people, The rest of us still have to travel to/from work and still use our cars to get where we need to go while we wait for an appointment to see them. I refilled my tire at a local gas station, and only traveled 10 miles before my tire light lit back up again, so this is a legit leak after spending $900. Buyers beware

  The guys here are great! Needed tires mounted and balanced. Showed up right at opening on Sunday and Chris and Jeremy got me in and out in no time! If I ever need tire help again, I’m coming back.

  I was traveling home To Tennessee this morning from Fort Drum when I got a warning on my vehicle that I had low tire pressure in one of my tires. I stopped and put air in it. It was only a few miles after getting back on the interstate that it started dropping rapidly and was down to 17 pounds by the time I got off at the first exit I came to. I saw the NTB and pulled in. They looked at it, found the nail I had picked up and repaired it with no charge. Being a female traveling alone, this was amazing to me. They were friendly , courteous and very helpful. I would recommend these guys 100%.
