  Best place ever. Justin JP got my 4 tires done and an alignment in 45 mnts at the last time when shop was about to close. He a great dude saw I needed help because I travel around the country and he went beyond expectations I 100% recommend this place.

  These guys saved the day for me. I picked up something in one of my tires, heard it hit the wheel well, and soon the tire inflation warning started flashing on the dash. I managed to limp my way to National Tire and Battery at Faraday Plaza, Winchester, VA and they fixed the puncture for me and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT!

  Came in to get my flat tire fixed on my Lunch break. While they did finish it in the quoted time frame, there was a bit of a wait so they comped my repair. I insisted on paying but they wouldn’t have it. That’s unheard of. Will definitely come back for my tire needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at NTB – National Tire & Battery. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful, but I especially want to thank Paul. I was traveling with my camper trailer when I had a tire issue, and Paul went out of his way to get me taken care of and back on the road. Really good group of guys at the whole shop, but Paul was the one who made it happen for me. Great service, great people, and I really appreciate the help. Highly recommend!

  I was having a bad day, luck decided to see how well I could control my temper. I was on the road to summit point and we caught a flat tire. After fumbling with a spare tire, I had to find a tire that could take me home. A spare tire is not that tool, it can be safely used only for 10 or 15 miles, tops. The closest store that had my tire size was NTB in Warrenton. I handed them a wheel with a flat tire and it took them an hour to change one tire. One tire. Average time is 10 minutes with the tire on the car, lifting it up, removing the wheel, taking the tire off and mounting the new one, and then balancing and replacing it on the car. After I made it to summit point, I found out the tire I just bought was deflated, they didn't change the valve stem. And here's when I met Paul, he saved my day, I went to this NTB and told him what happened. Paul, an veteran, took matters into his own hands. He got me a new tire, he personally put it on and he replaced the valve stem. He also did me a solid and bead sealed my wheel for insurance. He balanced it and it only took him and his guys 10 minutes to do above and beyond. Ten.. Come see Paul and his boys. He's got it right..
