  Called to get quote on tires and tuneup. Made the appointment for 7:30am. I was told it would take approximately 3-4 hours. Got there and was told they didn’t have the right tires and would get a replacement. So I agreed and left it with them. Called about 2pm and was told one of the lifts quit working. Finally I called at 5:45pm and was told they could not get the spark plugs freed up!?! Picked up the truck and got a call when I was half way home, saying they forgot to give me my lock nut key. I can find no reason to recommend this facility.

  All my questions answered. Service, labor and additional costs added up over the tire price. Prefer lower costs

  I had a great experience with them. I had a flat tire, so State Farm sent a tech to put on the spare. I then drove to Mr.Tire where I met a very friendly employee, who took off the spare, put on a new tire, and I was on my way in less than an hour!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

  I had a great experience at Mr. Tire & Auto in Winchester. They did a great job mounting and balancing my tires, and I thought the price was fair. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The only downside was that the wait time was a little longer than expected. It seems like the call center could do a better job with scheduling appointments to better match the shop’s workload. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. The team does quality work, and everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful.

  I was there today to have a noisy tire looked at. The two gentleman working there were super nice and fixed the issue super fast. Thank you so much!
