I had a great experience at Mr. Tire! I needed a tire valve replacement on my Tesla Model 3, and the guys there got me in and out with absolutely no wait. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and even helped get me set up with a tow when I needed it. They worked on my Tesla without hesitation, and honestly, it seems like there’s nothing these guys can’t do! I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled everything. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs tire or automotive work done!

Was headed 9 hours away down South and had my tire sensor come on two hours before close. Ran to Firestone at first because it was the closest. They said it’d be an hour and their shop looked like trash. Went to the local Mr. Tire instead since I’ve had good experiences with the brand. Explained my situation and they were able to fit me in for a plug. There were only two people there and multiple cars in front of the queue. These guys are great. The man running the shop ran well over closing time when he didn’t need to so they could accommodate me. Without them I would have been stuck in Winchester. Super thankful.

Was losing pressure in my tires, came in an hour before closing, they stayed an hour passed closing to help me out after they finished the rest of their work. Awesome experience

Called to get quote on tires and tuneup. Made the appointment for 7:30am. I was told it would take approximately 3-4 hours. Got there and was told they didn’t have the right tires and would get a replacement. So I agreed and left it with them. Called about 2pm and was told one of the lifts quit working. Finally I called at 5:45pm and was told they could not get the spark plugs freed up!?! Picked up the truck and got a call when I was half way home, saying they forgot to give me my lock nut key. I can find no reason to recommend this facility.
