I had a great experience! Customer service was excellent from start to finish (thank you, Nathan!). They did a fantastic job installing my truck bed cover and running boards. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. As a woman, it can be hard to find a place that treats everyone with equal respect, and this is absolutely one of those places! They explained everything clearly (without being condescending!), helped me order parts, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. A comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi (to work remotely) would be a nice addition for shorter appointments, though I was fine waiting at a nearby coffee shop. I’m happy to support a local business that truly cares about its customers and does such solid work. Highly recommended - I’ll definitely be back!

Hidden gem for you truck guys out there. Leonard in Winchester is actually outfitted with quality after-market truck accessories. I went in for a trailer, and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of inventory on the lot. Friendly and courteous staff. Check them out.

Recently had a tonneau cover installed on my truck and had such a great experience. The two gentlemen I worked with were kind, professional, and actually took the time to explain things without talking down to me. Which, as a woman, I don’t always get in service settings. It was genuinely refreshing. They made the whole process easy, and my truck looks great. Highly recommend if you want good people and zero awkward, condescending energy.
