  Review Title: Avoid the Winchester Location We’ve rented from the Winchester Enterprise location a few times, and each visit has been a headache. Vehicles weren’t available, we were charged extra, and today’s visit was the final straw. The scraggly male manager on duty acted unprofessional and snarky—interrupting my reservation conversation with a female employee, talking over me, raising his voice, and making threats about refusing service. It was completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and lacked merit. This was our third subpar experience at this location, and both this week’s rental and one upcoming in June were canceled. I’ve rented from Enterprise for years without issue, but this is the only location I’ve had problems with. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Hertz down the road was more than happy to help me.

  My experience at the Winchester Enterprise was perfect! Quick and efficient service + the car was in great shape. Tiffany is such a great employee. She is kind, informative, and has built rapport with me so easily! She helped me both times picking up my rental and assisting me when I dropped it off. Will come here again if I need another rental!

  I had a great experience at Enterprise thanks to Patrick. He was very kind and attentive, and he could tell right away that I wasn’t happy with the first vehicle I was given. Instead of brushing it off, he took the time to help me find a solution and let me know I could contact my insurance for an upgrade since my personal vehicle is larger. Because of his help, I was able to switch into a vehicle that better fit my needs, and I’m very happy with the trade. Patrick made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service—he went above and beyond.

  I've been using this business once (or twice) a year since 2020 with no issues. I don't need my car-rental employees to be full of sunshine and rainbows - but I have to say they have absolutely been pleasant to deal with since I've moved here. So far, no issues.

  Make sure you document everything with the vehicle dont trust any of them. Rented a truck they didnt want to bother repair the previous damages so gave me one with a completely smashed front end. Pretended to take pictures of it before i was given the vehicle then tried to turn around and accuse me of the damage because a few people dont want to do their job.
