  I had a confirmed booking and after going there , they are telling that no cars available..they could have texted or given call a out that...it is really weird and never expected this from a renowned company like this....

  Enterprise rental in Winchester VA was great! Easy to pick up and drop off and the vehicle was top of the line. Would highly recommend!

  As a regular renter for work from this location and others, this one far exceeds in customer service, loyalty to members and upgrades. Staff is polite, go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Thank you!! And fyi- online, it lets you do Sunday pick up at noon but they close at noon so plan earlier!

  Overall very unhappy and disappointed with Winchester Enterprise on Valley. I was supposed to pick up a Jeep Wranger for my beach trip, when I arrived I was told I could not use my debit card to pay for the Jeep. However I could use a debit card to pay for a different car from them, I was told my price would be lower. It was not, it was higher in the end and I got a worse car than I paid for originally. The seats were dirty, the car had a bad smell and overall was not good for my trip like I needed it to be. I reserved a Jeep and that’s what I wanted for my trip. The customer service was not very friendly at all. I was told by the Enterprise worker I couldn’t put a $600 charge on my debit card, that is why I couldn’t have the jeep. Then they turn around and charge my debit card $800 for a lower quality car????? Doesn’t make sense. BEWARE!!!!!!! Choose a different Enterprise.

  reserved a vehicle almost a month out and called the week of to make sure I would have the 7 seat vehicle as requested and they said it would be no problem, come the day to pick it up they didn't have a vehicle. The guy working there said thats just how it is. Look at the other reviews here they never have the vehicles. I just think they are lazy in this office and dont want to get out of there chairs and help you. Update called another enterprise 50 miles away and goy my 7 seater the next day.
