  Came in with a flat tire on a Sunday. They took immediate care of it and did it right the first time. Fantastic service. I'll be bring them more business in the future.

  All of the staff have been very kind and upfront with costs. They are one of the few places that still allow you to purchase parts down the road at Autozone. They don't upsell at all. They take drop ins and reservations. I have been there 3 times so far. It feels more like a mom and pop shop than a big chain.

  Service was excellent. They do a true diagnosis of the issue & probable solution. Prices are fair. If you need help or assistance, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

  Recently had tire issues when coming down I-64 from Richmond area. Stopped in Lenexa to find I had a slow leak in one of my tires. AAA came and put on my donut spare and told me not to drive it over 50 miles. Problem was I live 90 miles away. Had my husband call Tire Choice in Williamsburg (was 20 miles away) to see if they could fit me in before they closed. They assured him they would stay until I arrived. 30 minutes later I arrived and was greeted by 2 of the friendliest people I have ever met. I had my paperwork to show them. They immediately took my car in, took off the spare, took the tire in question out of the trunk, and started working to get me back on the road again. While one checked the tire with the issue, the second one checked the other 3 to make sure there wasn't any issues with them. Turned out the valve stem was leaking slowly, so it was replaced. The tire was thoroughly checked and double checked and gone over extensively before being put back on the car. In 45 minutes, I was back on my journey home with my fixed tire. I can't thank David Mosby and Gene Frodge enough!! I highly recommend Tire Choice in Williamsburg. Great Service with a smile, kindness, and compassion. Keep up the great work!
