  Brought my car in through an AAA insurance referral for a windshield replacement. They kept my car for 5 hours, then called to say a camera bracket screw was stuck and they couldn't finish the job - at first they even asked me to go find and bring the part myself, which isn't something a customer should have to do. I spoke with someone claiming to be the manager, but the conversation didn't give me much confidence they actually held that role. A simple problem - sourcing one screw - went completely unresolved, and there was no sense of urgency or ownership on their part. I ended up taking my car back undone. Very unprofessional experience for what should have been a routine repair. Would not recommend this location.

  The team worked promptly on my car. The Gentleman took his time and explained the work done. He was very knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend.

  The glass service was good but they left the old black window sealant in my seats and on my floor mats. Normally in the past the reps would leave my car cleaner than they found it. Note, I just had my car cleaned so this was very disappointing.

  If you can avoid this specific location , please do so. I’ve had 2 windshields replaced there and on both instances, I had a horrible experience. Most recent experience was the cherry on top of not returning here for any future replacements. Technicians damaged our windshield frames , and had 0 accountability. Manager at the time “Robert” came out of the shop, did not acknowledge the damage or us and walked back inside. Had to escalate this matter with corporate to get our car fixed by them. Dealing with the management at that shop has been a headache. Such a revolving door. Please remember to take pictures of your own car prior to any service in case they try to lie and say damage was not done there.

  Fernando from Safelite did an outstanding job with my window repair. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The entire process was quick and smooth, and the quality of his work was excellent. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my time and how clean he left the area afterward. If you’re lucky enough to get Fernando as your technician, you’re in great hands.
