Had an appointment scheduled for last weekend for a front windshield and wiper replacement, and got multiple confirmations for it even the morning of. About an hour before my appointment I received a call that they would need to reschedule it because when prepping, they discovered the windshield was broken. Next available weekend appointment was the next Saturday (today, 5/16). Scheduled for a 1pm appointment, got there around 12:30 and dropped off with no issues, and was told they would call me when it was done. I had been told in the multiple emails I received that it typically takes 2-3 hours. By 5:30 pm I had still not received a call. Went to call them and saw that they close at 5pm, and are not open Sunday. Next open at Monday at 8am, but I work Monday thru Friday, so now I have to find another way to work and school drop off for my child. Tried to call and leave a message to have someone call me, but there is no opportunity to leave one, it just rings and then tells you nobody can take the call. Unacceptable. Lack of communication is inexcusable.
This was seamless. Easy set up for appointment. Easy processing with insurance. Excellent Service. Technician David was on time and very patient. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Fui el dia de ahora para que arreglaran un crack de mi windshield y terminaron haciendo un otro crack mas grande y me dicen que ya lo tenia, cuando lo lleve solo tenia uno y me lo regresaron con otro y lo peor que son descarados diciendo que ellos no lo dañaron, cuando me llamaron y yo misma les enseñe el crack que tenia mi carro, no se hicieron responsables, porque te hacen firmar un papel antes para lavarse las manos.
Ahi dejo fotos quien lo hizo y como me dejo mi vidrio, mi crack por el que hiba estaba en la parte de abajo y me lo regresaron con un crack en la parte de arriba.
I went today to get a crack in my windshield fixed, and they ended up making another, bigger crack. They told me it was already there, even though it only had one crack when I brought it in. They returned it with another one, and the worst part is they're shameless, saying they didn't damage it. When they called me and I showed them the crack on my car myself, they refused to take responsibility because they make you sign a paper beforehand to wash their hands of it.
I'm attaching photos of who did it and how they left my windshield. The crack I went in for was at the bottom, and they returned it with a crack at the top.

First appointment was extremely poor. Tech just never showed up and never contacted me. I waited for 5 hours. I tried calling the shop and was directed to national customer service. The shop has still not called me with an explanation or an apology. Second appointment -scheduled through national customer service - went very well. Showed up on time, very professional, very good service. Based on my experience, you’ll either have an awful experience or a positive one.
