  I would like to thank Brandon for going above and beyond to ensure my items that was left in the car was returned to me. He was patient and understanding while we were trying to collect those items before closing. He work with use by stay later than normal so we could retrieve those items. Thank you again Brandon.

  I want to give the highest possible praise to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Williamsburg, Virginia. Over the past six months, the staff has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, accommodated, and treated with genuine professionalism and kindness. I especially want to recognize Mel for the wonderful job she has done throughout this entire process. Her patience, understanding, and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful situation feel much more manageable — and, honestly, even enjoyable at times. That kind of customer service is rare, and it deserves to be acknowledged. Every interaction I have had with this team has shown me that they truly care about their customers. They have been helpful, efficient, respectful, and consistently willing to work with me to make sure my rental needs were handled properly. Because of the care and professionalism I have received, I will definitely be recommending this Enterprise location to my family, friends, and associates in the future. Excellent service still exists, and this Williamsburg Enterprise team is proof of that. Thank you to Mel, the staff, and the management team for turning a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Job well done!

  My go-to rental location! We’ve rented from this Enterprise location for years since it’s the closest to home, and I really wanted to leave a review after our recent 10-day rental experience. Two or so years ago, there were definitely times when inventory seemed limited and getting a vehicle could feel a little stressful, so we had stopped renting for a while. But after this recent experience, I can honestly say this location is doing AMAZING now. Huge shoutout to Nate, Baylor, and Brandon! Brandon even called ahead to confirm our reservation, and when I needed to change the pickup date, everything was handled quickly and with no issues at all. When we arrived, our vehicle was ready to go, and we were even offered an upgrade since we’d be traveling for 10 days so we could be more comfortable. That extra thoughtfulness really stood out to me. Baylor was great at the front desk getting everything handled smoothly, and Nate made the checkout process easy and welcoming. The customer service at this location has honestly always been top tier — that was never the issue. But now the vehicle availability and overall experience are just as great too. I’m so happy to see this location back to where it should be. Great staff, great variety of vehicles, and an overall smooth experience from start to finish. This will definitely continue being our local Enterprise location for rentals!
