When I arrived in person Matt displayed the most comforting and professional experience possible. They did not have the vehicle I was expecting at the moment and in result Matt gave me the pick of the lot. I was very satisfied with the way Matt took his time with me and did not rush the process. The day of my expected return I called to see my options to extend and Peter assisted me with ease. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Enterprise Car rental and frankly speaking I can be a difficult customer to deal with. No resistance here, just great customer service and I certainly will be returning. Thank you Enterprise Team. Respectfully Ray
- CYChris YerpApr 6, 20265.0Experience was good i had booked a Toyota corolla but thay didnt have one so thay upgraded me to a Hyundai Tuscon which was more $ but thay held my original price so that's nice , car was great the guys where so polite I decided to detail the car for them before returning it as I drove 900 miles to visit family for the week , I can detail cars so my only cost is cleaners no thang will use them again
