  My RV broke down last week near Harrisonburg, VA. Truck & Trailer Repair (in Weyers Cave) was recommended to me due to Vinny's experience with Ford 6.0 Powerstroke engines. Everyone there, especially Vinny, was awesome. They worked my RV in, assessed/repaired the problems and had me back on the road in 3 days. Great customer service and communication.   Attention Owner-Operators – Unfair Billing and Inefficiency This is for independent owner-operators who pay for repairs out of their own pockets. If you are a company driver, this may not affect you, but for small business owners, every dollar counts. This shop inflates labor hours by intentionally stretching simple, quick tasks into lengthy, billable time. My Experience: My visit was solely for a routine replacement of a 1 foot brake hose and an engine oil filter. This is a 10-minute job at most. Instead of handling it efficiently, this shop dragged out the process and billed me for 90 minute of labor I leave the judgment of this blatant inefficiency to my fellow drivers. If you value your time and financial resources, I strongly advise you to look for a more reputable and honest mechanic. Invoice attached for verification.

  What a magnificent place to have my trailer worked on. Rebecca and her timely crew had me up and running very fast. Awesome job everyone. Very clean and love the coffee!
