  Always a quick and painless experience. They always share add ons without being push which is appreciated. Fernando and destiny helped me this morning and both were efficient and kind. Always recommend valvoline for an oil change!

  I was a bit anxious about traveling back home tomorrow after my service light came on yesterday evening. I am in town for a family emergency and I knew I would have to get an oil change before I traveled back home tomorrow because it was past due, so I had it taken care of at this location yesterday (Shenandoah Village Dr., Waynesboro, VA). I know the service light is usually reset after an oil change, so I stopped back by this morning just to be sure the oil level was fine, ask that they check for leaks, and reset my service light. When I pulled up, Jheiden came out, listened to my concerns, and immediately started checking everything. The oil had settled a little and was showing to be a bit low so they made sure there were no leaks, topped off the oil, and reset the service light. All with a smile. I know I’m just one of many people who will roll in and out of there today, but they made me feel like they genuinely cared for my safety for the long trip home tomorrow. To that I say, “Thank you.” Sincerely. [Side note: there was no charge for this follow up visit which I also very much appreciate.]

  Great experience at Valvoline! The staff was prompt, professional, polite, and very friendly. Everything was handled efficiently, and they did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the service without making me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to receive such courteous, straightforward service. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend this location!

  I came to get my oil changed and dreaded it because I don't trust these places (based on a previous really bad experience at another place). It's yet to be known how the service is because I'm still in the bay, but the person who helped me is super nice, explained things well, no pressure, and I appreciate that. Kudos to Ash!!

  I really enjoyed coming back to this location. The Charlottesville location made me feel very uncomfortable. While I understand pricing changes. I expect a business to be honest and upfront with me. Not tell me the service still costs 30$ then come to find out after the service that it changed to 54.95 for customer brought oil. I will be glad to come back to Waynesboro from now on. Shame on Charlottesville.
