They didn’t install the filter in properly- I had to get my husband to fix it. Also they told me they would top my tires off with air but when I checked my tire pressure- each tire was still low.

When the car a head of me started to pull out the bay, a young guy came over and told me to back out. Didn’t ask, didn’t explain but ordered me in a disrespectful way like I was trash. I in turn went to their office and was told the manager wouldn’t speak to me and if I had a problem call their customer service department. The manager refused to speak to a customer and hide in his office..! I did call the customer service and they told me someone will be in touch with me in two days. It was over a week and they told me they were not going to hear my complaint. No one at the store and no one at the Company Customer Service asked why I was upset. I was servicing three vehicles there. Not any more. I go where I get good service not disrespect. This is a terrible way to treat a repeat customer.
