  Awesome customer service! My fiance and I got a flat tire and they were so fast about it and very very friendly! I recommend this tire to anyone!!

  We were visiting Nelson county and ended up with a slow leak due to a screw. We had an appointment at the NTB in Charlottesville for a patch but the visit didn’t work out. We called this Mr. tire location and we were happy to drive the 35 minutes from Charlottesville because of the customer service Jenny and her technician provided. Highly recommend this shop for your tire needs!

  Wow - I read these reviews and almost all of them are glowing and came away with the same reaction I did. June Lee had a similar experience as I and I was impressed with the bathroom as well! I got there at 9:00am for an appt set up by American Muscle to mount and balance 4 new tires and 4 new rims with TPMS. The shop was empty, no customers, 3 mechanics sitting around and thought to myself uh-oh, where did American Muscle Send me??!! But Like June said, Jenny and Tristin bowl you over with the kindest service making you feel like a king. Tristin treated my new wheels and tires like precious jewels, after I got my paperwork from Jenny I went to the bay and there was Tristen polishing my wheels and tires and checking himself out in the chrome reflection ha ha (I made that part up ha ha). Point is he was treating them like they were going on his car. I could go on and on but just read June Lees review again!

  I brought my car in to fix a leak in my tire. They did not try to upcharge anything, they apologized for taking about an hour longer than expected, and even gave me a discount for the extra time that it took. They definitely earned my business for oil changes and tire repairs

  I got a flat while visiting the Waynesboro area. Called and unfortunately had to make my way through a difficult call center to schedule an appointment before finally being connected to some of the nicest, most caring people at the shop. They did a fantastic job patching my tire and then told me it was no charge! The staff here are the best. My toyota dealership had put the lug nuts on so tight, I was unable to remove the tire myself. I really appreciate that they hand torque each lug nut to factory specs. I will definitely get a quote for new tires when I need them. 5 tire review for excellent service to get me back on the road fast! 🛞 🛞 🛞 🛞 🛞
