  The most down-to-earth and friendly auto shop in Waynesboro. Removed nails from my tire and patched it for no charge at all. I will be a customer of theirs for as long as I live in the area.

  I can’t say enough good things about this store. I had a tire show low air on Sunday afternoon. I was close to Mr. Tire so went in and even though I couldn’t find the wheel lock key they were so kind and tried everything to help me. (Thank you, Jenny and Keith for Sunday!) I bought a new key (or so I thought) and went back again. Again, wrong key. Paul was such an awesome guy and they again were kind and tried everything to help me. FINALLY I found my key and went back tonight for a third time to finally get those tires changed. They were not only kind and funny and attentive but they did a great job on my tires (thank you, Caleb!) and for a be try fair and reasonable (and I thought even a little low!) price. Thank you to Paul, Jenny, Keith, Caleb, Jeff, and the younger guy with the beard who was super nice but I didn’t catch his name. If you need tires you can’t beat these guys. Hands down, one of the best tire experiences I’ve ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Thought I heard my engine knocking. Came in on a Sunday no appointment and they immediately jumped right on it and took a look at it. Found that it was not actually knocking, it was just another part vibrating, and didn’t even charge me. Asked them to check my brakes too and they did that for free as well. Super nice and friendly staff. If I didn’t live in Georgia I would bring my car there all the time!

  I very rarely leave reviews but the service here was so incredible it deserves to be known. I was on a cross country road trip and got a flat and this was the closest spot. I called and was cranky and tired and over heated and Jenny the receptionist was positive, helpful and considerate. Not only did she expedite my trip, get me back on the road in less than a half hour but she was sweet and helpful the entire time. They gave me a great tire at a very low price, changed it in 20 minutes and did a full inspection of my other tires to ensure I was safe- and everyone there was friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you Jenny, to the owners, please note this review was written because of her excellent customer service.
