  I have bought a few cars here and the sales side was great. Matt is also a joy to deal with, but the service side is horrible. Almost every time we had a oil change appointment in the morning they took walk ins first. A 8 am appointment you should have your car at 9 not 3. Now today I called because my back window is leaking and I was telling the advisor Kevin about it his comment with an attitude says so what you want an appointment. So yes after this remark yes I did get an attitude. This is what you get for a vehicle less than a year. Then i am suppose to be ok with them to keep my car how every long they need it. Based on how long it takes for a oil change they will have my car for a month. Do most people not have a job they need a car to get to. Then i was told the appointment is just to go in to speak with him. What were we doing on the phone? It is sad that this service department is allowed to do this. I know i will not have service done here and I have bought my last car here to. Sorry Matt Wagner I do like working with you, but like I told you when I bought this one that your service department is horrible and that is also why I would never by a service plan for this place.

  Great Job Branden!! Branden was exceptional from the start. He stayed engaged and provided excellent communication on behalf of the service team throughout schedule maintenance. From the initial meeting, throughout the services performed until I picked up my Explorer…it was noticeable and appreciated!!

  The service team, especially Kevin, managed what ended up being an 8 month ordeal in getting my car repaired, due to a lack of necessary parts. Kevin kept me informed about delays and repair issues, and most importantly, provifed me with loaners the entire time. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford Service!

  Went for a vehicle appraisal because their online offer was good even with the quirks listed when putting the online offer information in. When I got there they did their appraisal and came back with an offer 3 thousand lower than the online one. When I asked why they told me that similar listens were selling for 15-16 thousand this still being higher than the online by a substantial amount. Staff was friendly but appraisal took a very long time and overall was a waste of time.

  I had a fantastic experience buying my F-150 from Gabriel Irizarry at Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. I originally came in just planning to test drive an F-150. I fully expected to walk next door afterward and check out the Dodge and Toyota dealerships too. Well... I never made it to either of them. Apparently, Gabriel had other plans for my afternoon. From the start, Gabriel was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and most importantly, I never felt pressured. When we started talking about the possibility of me actually driving home in a Ford, I was very upfront about what the numbers and deal would need to look like for me to be comfortable moving forward. Gabriel listened to everything I had to say, took my feedback seriously, and came back with just about everything I had asked for. Having bought a few vehicles before, I was mentally preparing myself for the classic “clear your entire schedule because you’re buying a car today” experience. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The entire process was much quicker, smoother, and more seamless than I expected. Since buying the truck, I’ve already had several people ask me about it, and I’ve been more than happy to sing Gabe’s praises and tell them to head over to Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. I went in expecting a test drive and somehow left with an F-150... so I’d say he did his job pretty well! Thanks again to Gabriel and the team for making the entire experience so easy.
