  Sheehy Ford Warrenton has shady dealer practices I was exposed to. I was interested in a car that had been sitting in there lot for almost 60 days. It had an advertised Ford advantage blue certification. The numbers and deal was already accounted for over the phone and text. Come to my surprise when I come to the table and am looking to sign the final papers of the buyers guide, and the we owe, the Ford blue advantage certification is nowhere to be found. INSTEAD, on the buyers guide was a different warranty (mainly powertrain components) with less miles and day coverage. Ford Blue Advantage is a limited warranty (more coverage) These documents were created to protect consumers and to be as transparent to what is guaranteed on vehicle of purchase and what rights you have with the vehicle on purchase. I fought for this dealer to do the right thing but instead the used car manager insisted that this was an on the side/implied warranty. While bespoke deals do occur, nothing is guaranteed unless it is on the buyers guide or we owe. Really sad I had to walk away from a car I wanted so badly.

  I had been having difficulty scheduling service due to a very busy work schedule and responsibilities at home, so being without my vehicle overnight and into the next day would have created a real hardship. The extra evaluation I needed couldn't be completed on a weekend, adding further complexity to my scheduling dilemma. My service advisor then suggested an option I didn’t even know was available — mobile service. What an incredible convenience! The technician came directly to my home and completed an oil change, tire rotation, warranty work and the other unscheduled checks/repairs right in my driveway!!!! Holy wow! The gentleman who serviced my vehicle was exceptionally polite, professional, and efficient. I am truly impressed not only by him, but by the entire experience. Providing dealership-quality service at a customer’s home is absolutely remarkable! Thank you, Sheehy Ford, for above and beyond customer care. This goes beyond service - it is true customer care.

  Great experience have bought many cars over the last 40 years and this was by far the easiest and best car by an experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Jorge and Tim you guys were awesome. Loving my new Ford F150 Lariat. Looks great in the driveway.

  Fantastic dealer. Bought my 2026 Maverick here. The process was easy and straightforward. I really appreciated how they didn't pester me to get any additional warranties and such. I knew what I wanted and Justin accommodated me perfectly. Definitely will come here if I ever need another vehicle.

  I helped my brother with purchasing his first new vehicle, a beautiful brand new 2026 Ford Maverick, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Our salesman Justin walked through everything with us, took the time to show my brother all the features and get everything set up, and just truly was such a pleasure to work with. The finance manager was also fantastic, made it a smooth process. Thank you Sheehy Ford of Warrenton we will definitely see you for any new vehicle purchases our family needs in the future.
