I have been having a HORRIBLE experience with my normal Ford, Ted Britt, who i had a long standing relationship with for 12 years. Last Friday they left me stranded with a potentially catastrophic car problem and they refused to answer my calls. I called Sheehy Ford on the off chance they would take pity and help. Derek answered the phone and all my prayers. He had me tow the car to him in Warrenton and promised to look at it first thing Monday. Monday morning he explained everything that was wrong (a mistake Ford Ted Britt made) and even made videos explaining it all. By mid day Monday the car was done, the price was extremely competitive and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!!

I purchased the EASYCARE warranty and specifically asked Bryce whether windshield and glass coverage were included, given how much I drive. Based on that conversation, I believed it was part of the coverage.
After recently dealing with a large windshield crack, I was confused when I found out that glass is not covered by the top tier of this warranty.
It hadn't occurred to me that it was necessary to double-check sales staff explanations against the warranty documents for accuracy. Lesson learned, and I that's on me as the buyer for next time...somewhere else.

We brought our ST Explorer in for service at Sheehy Ford of Warrenton, and the experience was absolutely awful from beginning to end. When I picked up the SUV after their service, the entire vehicle smelled like gas. I had to clean it twice, and it took three days for the smell to finally go away. That alone is unacceptable.
Prior to the appointment, we also told them that the brakes shake when coming to a stop. The diagnoses was the rotors were warped they blamed my wife, claiming she was “too hard on the brakes, and they wouldn’t cover it under the service plan. The SUV has 80,000 miles, and the pads are still fine. Their excuse makes no sense.
At this point, it feels like Ford is doing everything possible to avoid honoring the service plans they sell.

My wife and I drove 2 hours from Maryland to look at a 2025 Bronco Raptor. We told the salesman that we only wanted to get a quote on monthly payments and we would like to go home and talk about our finances and go over our budget. We sat there waiting for the numbers and the salesman come over to us and said ok our finance woman is ready for us. My wife and I looked at each other like we aren’t buying today why go into the finance office. So I walked in and she says congratulations on your purchase. I said wait we aren’t here to buy today we just wanted to get numbers on payments. So they did come down more on the deal and said that is only good for today. So we got up and was leaving and the finance lady told us to get here early tomorrow so you will be first. We were running late today on errands so my wife called the salesman and was telling him we wouldn’t make it today. He says the offer is off the table. lol well they thought they were dealing with amateurs buying a vehicle and thought we were just gonna buy because they said the offer is only good for that day. I’m a shopper and they knew that from the beginning. But thought they could pressure us to buy. Well sorry we aren’t like that. So we won’t be doing business with people who try to pressure you into buying on the spot. But I can say we loved the salesman and it wasn’t him that made the call. It’s higher management. They thought we were gonna come out there and they say no deal and we wasted our time driving 2 hours. Horrible management to deal with. Don’t recommend them to anyone.

Yes the numbers were done at a higher interest rate like all dealers do before credit app is completed. When the credit app is complete you get the true interest rate which either goes higher or lower which me having a 800+ credit score it did take the payment down. And we also told your salesman that we were only there to get a payment and go home to see if we can fit the payment in our budget. But instead like all dealers including yours try to pressure people into getting something they really can’t afford and use the “DEAL IS ONLY GOOD FOR TODAY” to get them to sign. I’m not that person. Mr. Owner Vince Sheehy don’t try to turn this on me. When your salesman come over to us and said she’s ready for you in finance office. That’s not where you go to just get a payment. You bring that to the salesman’s desk and if it’s affordable for the customer THEN you go to finance. Not my first rodeo with salesman trying to pressure me. I walk out before I go to finance to sign for something I can’t afford. And your finance lady told us if we come back the next day make sure you get there early so we can be the first in and out. And we told your PEOPLE we would be back tomorrow and that’s when your salesman said it’s off the table. I’ve delt with one dealership for 20 years and really didn’t want to come to you guys but my salesman at my dealership said he can’t get that vehicle. TRY AGAIN WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS CAR SALES. AND I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE WE MADE THE TRIP. WE ARENT THE FIRST YOUR SALES MANAGEMENT TRIED THIS ON.
