  I rented through a third party, who did not disclose that a $300 fee would be charged for renting. I paid it after being promised that it would be refunded after returning the car (unless there is damage). Of course, I returned the car, and surprise, surprise: they claim I did damage to the car!! The damage being a dent that is easily missed if not done in the correct lighting at a specific angle. It's also something that did NOT occur while I had the car. The car which was damaged pretty heavily when I got it. It reeks of dishonesty to be surprised with an undisclosed fee that can only be returned if there is no damage, and then for a damage that can easily be presented or hidden at will to be used as proof to charge someone. I've never rented a car with Enterprise, and after this experience, I never will. If you give negative feedback, they send you to a contact form with broken links and inactive phone numbers, so there's no actual feedback reaching human ears.

  Great experience dealing with Enterprise in Warrenton, VA. The process was quick and easy, the car was as expected, and when the receiving location hadnt closed the transaction on Monday, Ethan took care of it and notified me when he had resolved the transaction. Will definitely use Enterprise in the future!

  I recently rented from enterprise for a 900 mile round trip vacation. After reaching my first leg the car broke down with a power steering alert. Enterprise made sure I was safe, got me a tow, got me to the local enterprise (Uber), got me into a new equivalent vehicle - all within 2 hrs. No hassles. I felt my needs were important, cared for, and that I was safe throughout. This is why I choose Enterprise when I go on these trips - trust and customer service.

  Had an issue with a temp gauge light. Explained the situation at drop off which was 50 minutes late because I had gone to a closer location as I was concerned to make a longer drive however it was closed because it was Sunday. I was still charged a late fee even though I was not an hour late. Not reasonable or fair. I am extremely disappointed.
