All I heard was yelling coming from a ford explorer directed at Jared, seems like every time they tried to use a coupon and it didn’t work they got frustrated with him. When I got up there Jared was nothing but a sweetheart, I didnt buy anything, and even had a coupon, and was met with nothing but kindness

Was completely pissed he couldn't up sell us on anything and repeatedly said Jesus Christ every time we said no, and we were met w same response using a 10.00 off coupon. 1 star is giving him more than he deserves.

Has only been on the vehicle since July 20th (about 3 weeks). As soon as I pulled out of the bay, I heard tick tick tick. Stopped in next door parking lot and looked at tires on left of van. Saw nothing. When I arrived home, I went to passenger side and heard the leak. Driving with windows down I to the bay, I did not hear the tick sound, but did as soon as I pulled out. Had to have happened in the bay. I can't even have the tire patched because of the location. That's almost $300 down the drain. Accidents happen, and mistakes are made, but it still sucks.
