- RLRachel LairdAug 24, 20261.0First visit with this company for my first oil change in my brand new Bronco. They had some problems with their tools and figuring out how to put a skid plate back on. While I was there you could hear the drill stripping the crap out of the bolts. The person putting it back on was obviously having trouble. The manager even bent down to assist and in the end they said I was “good to go!” Well, I in-fact was not. I got down the road and something told me to get out and look. Yeah, there’s 4 bolts that hold on a skid plate, one of them was completely out about 2 inches and the other 3 bolt heads were not even touching the plate. You could even move the washers, so the plate wasn’t even touching the body. I go back, they feed me some line about “new car threads” and proceed to power through with a manual ratchet tightening the bolts. My problem is this, YOU LET ME LEAVE THIS WAY. Even the manager had put eyes on this and said it was good to go. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning and I will be telling every one I see not to use your services. If you can’t figure out four bolts, how competent are you with changing oil? Do better.
