Service was great, and quick, however, I'm not sure what they have to gain from telling me that my brand new car has a rear main seal leak when it doesn’t..I'm not sure they know what a rear main seal is. Anyways, I'd go back, just wanted to vent.

Pulled up , was two cars in the bays. Wait like 15/20 mins both cars leave and they tell me to pull in. Then a car that hadn’t been in line or even there pulls in to next bay and they go help him and don’t even speak to me. Then they go speak to car behind me, still not acknowledging me as I sit in bay. So I left. Never again. Thought was a “faster “ option but spent 35 mins doing nothing, I’ll go sit and wait around at a more friendly establishment that wants to help! She could have at least acknowledged me and told me it be a wait.

I do not think Valvoline is a bad company overall, but this particular location was completely unprofessional, and I would not return or recommend it to anyone else.
I paid for a multi-service visit that included an oil change, air filter, tire rotation, and windshield wiper blade replacement. After they completed part of the service, they rang me up to check out before the tire rotation had even been done. I had to remind them myself that they forgot it. The transaction had to be canceled so I could get out of the car and they could go back and complete the service. I should not have to remind employees to do their job, and I should not have to watch to make sure the services I paid for are actually completed.
Weeks later, I found out the windshield wiper blades I paid for were never replaced either. Another shop pointed it out to me, showed me the old bare blades still on my car, and I then had to pay that company to provide and install new ones after I had already paid this location to do it. So not only was the service not completed, but I ended up paying twice because of their mistake.
What made this even worse was the way they handled it afterward. I made multiple calls and got nothing but back and forth and inconsistent explanations from management. I was told I would receive a callback the next morning, then told the manager had stepped out and would call me back, and then later told he was on medical leave. After all of that, when they finally agreed to a refund, they offered it without the tax.
That is unacceptable. If you can calculate the total price including tax when charging me, then you can calculate the full refund including tax when the service was never performed. The price I paid for those blades included tax, and I work hard for my money. I expect all of it back, just like any business expects full payment when services are rendered. This has not happened to me at other oil change companies or other Valvoline locations, which is why I am specifically saying this location is the problem.
