  I recently visited the Valvoline oil change center and discovered that I had been given an incorrect oil change sticker, so I did not actually need an oil change at that time. Stephanie was very apologetic about the mistake and clearly explained when I should return for my next oil change. They also topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. Everyone at this location is always very nice, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how professionally Stephanie handled the situation and made sure I left with the correct information.

  I received impeccable service at Valvoline on Virginia Beach Blvd. Stephanie, Devante and Jayden did a wonderful job. I appreciate the exceptional service and the care they showed me. Because of the serviceI drive a good 20 minutes from where I live just to come to this location. Continue to do what you’re doing. Keep up the amazing work.

  I went to the one on Virginia Beach Blvd. there was an extremely long wait in the middle of the week at like 3 PM. I had an employer approach me in a couple cars behind me saying that he smelled gas. And then walked away. Then I had to ask another employee was it my car that smelled like gas. He said no someone has leaked gas on the concrete before and we were smelling gas earlier. Then I had to sit there anxious because were they lying was it my car ? was it the giant truck behind me? I get inside the garage. They did good work, checking my lights, brakes, etc. Instead of them, starting the oil change right away one of the staff members runs off to get an air filter. Doesn’t even ask me if I want an air filter replacement. Then they finally start the oil change, Mind you I’ve already been waiting for almost an hour in line with only two cars ahead of me. They show me almost a completely new air filter(mine). I told him I already know how to replace an air filter. My wipers are fine. Mind you my car is almost brand new I just bought it. Then they tell me that my oil was filled too much and that’s very bad. I told them it must’ve been the last person that did the oil change. I’ve never put oil in the vehicle. He must’ve picked up that I was annoyed So he starts talking about some song playing. They finally finished the oil. One positive thing is that he did ask if I have a coupon. I paid and left. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place in the afternoon. Also, they clearly are trying to make a sale beyond the oil change. I have to take multiple cars here and I used to love it but now I may go to a different location or go at a different time because having my car sit idle for an hour and five minutes is crazy and horrible for your engine.
