- CHCaleb HoldenJul 2, 20263.0I'm sure they do fine work but they aren't allowed to swap a set of 4 tires unless they are brand new. Look elsewhere if you need a simple tire swap.

Great service. My 3rd year getting a state inspection at this location, I will return and recommend this shop

Melissa the service manager is awesome! She always remembers the customers. I would recommend Tire Choice over any other service shop in Virginia Beach.
- IIIkes_finestJun 18, 20261.0This was the worse service that we have ever received at the General Booth Fiirestone. We just got a oil change but waited for the phone call to say it was done. We never received that call. I looked at my email and an invoice saying I had low coolant showed up. I tried to call several times to ask if this needed to be done but no one answered the phone. So I had to drive up there and wait for someone to help us. My neighbor was screwed by them and now I feel the same. The service has gone down hill and I won't be returning.
- JRJake RossJun 18, 20263.0So I brought my car there to change the tire. My problem was the locking lug nut was stripped. I was told they could do it so I waited for 2 days for them to tell me there technician didnt have enough experience to get it off. I ended up taking it somewhere else that got it off in 5 mins. On a positive note they did have the tire i needed so I bought the tire there and they offered me military discount so that was good. The staff there is friendly but they couldn't get my wheel off which was disappointing. Overall I give 3 stars.
