  Dropped it off at 7:30 AM for inspection and they never called me to give me an update. When I showed up at the office at 3PM, immediately they said they were trying to call me (not true) to say everything was good and that they only needed to get an uber sign off the windshield. However, the car was lifted and the hood was still open. They might be good at what they do but the customer service sucks. Mind you, the vehicle getting inspected was a brand new 2025 car. Would not be coming back here since this is the second time I experience having to leave my vehicles for most of the day.

  Went for safety inspection and found that my vehicle needed repairs to pass inspection. Josh and Danielle were very great through the process. I was going to a different place to get service. From now on this is the place I will go and tell all of my friends to go.

  Do NOT go here to fix a flat. $44 and they didn’t even properly patch my tire TWICE! I had it patched ($44) , week or so later had to go back since air was leaking from the patch. Week after that I still had air leaking from the patch - now I have to go get a NEW tire because they’ve bunked up the same patch too many times to repair. Learned my lesson and I will only go to DiscountTire - much better service and free patches that actually get done right.

  I had the worst experience here. The front clerk named Josh was rude, even after coming back to inquire again. I came for my appointment, and he gave me an expensive quote for just a coolant eval. I told him I would be back because I wanted to check around, and he said “Don’t come back”. After getting a drastically cheaper eval from somewhere else, I came back to inquire how much it would be for labor, and he said they don’t do labor work (even though I have done it with them couple times before). He obviously did not like me for some reason, it could be because of the color of my skin. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Very expensive and rude customer service. I will continue talking to corp about it.
