  Encountered a suspected transmission issue while driving my car on the highway (AWD system light and check engine light, as well as many other dashboard error lights) and had shuddering transmission with lack of power when attempting to accelerate. Brought my vehicle into Tire Choice on Holland Rd immediately (Day after July 4th [Sunday]); most auto shops are closed Sunday; Tire Choice was able to fit me in their schedule and my car was diagnosed with an status update to me within 3 hours of my dropping of the vehicle. They were upfront about the $129 diagnostic fee, but when they notified me on their expected malfunctioning part (PCM related), they were upfront they didn't have the capability to reprogram the ECM (only dealership can do it); they ended up not charging me the diagnostic fee. Thank you, Tire Choice! You have earned my trust and I will consider your location for any future auto work!

  Josh is always concerned about the customer. He always explains things and keeps you up to date on the progess as you wait for your car to be repaired.

  I always took my car here but no longer. I have paid prices that are way too high. I spoke to manager and was told it was company prices.

  I went in for an inspection and to get a tire repaired that I previously got from them. After my inspection, I was told that my brakes needed replacing, even though I had just had them changed here about a month prior. After addressing this, I was told it was a mistake on their part and my brakes were fine. However, they had not fixed my tire at all, even though I expressed that I would be going on a trip and needed them to be drivable. They passed me on inspection with an actively deflating tire and caused me to have to get a new tire, mid trip. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
